I attended a meeting/rally in one of the conference rooms. The accommodation was adequate and the staff was very helpful. We also were given free parking, which saved us $15!
However, beware that the bathroom stalls are so small as to barely accommodate. The door opens in and leaves about 6 inches in front of the toilet. The tp dispenser is very large and so close that it's hard to get any tp out! I cannot imagine how a plus sized person could ever use this ground floor bathroom, which obviously is meant for use from the convention hall/rooms...

Priced as 4/5 star hotel .. Not even close! Rooms are clean, everything else is terrible. Says they have a restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner.. Also full bar... They do not, but they have a way overpriced snack room with $8 dollar sandwiches lol.. Avoid this place if your looking for 4/5 star hotel... It's about a 2... And that's being generous. They don't even have salt,pepper,mayo packs,etc...nothing! For $133 a night is a rip off!!!

In general the hotel is great and a good value for the price. But most recently booked a stay there through travelocity (HUGE mistake definitely won't use them again) and had to cancel because a member of my traveling group has COVID. Contacted their customer service through messaging and I haven't even gotten a response. I really expected more based on past experiences. I won't use those hotel again now.

If I could give no stars I would. My family had a reservation for the weekend. The first room they gave us already had guests staying in it. We go back down to the lobby and they gave us another room. We get to this room keys won't work. I go back down to the lobby for the 3rd time, frustrated, and they offer no apology. We go in the room and it smells of smoke and was not as described or pictured. Do not waste your money. We went somewhere else.

So...I read the reviews ahead of time, and unfortunately, many of them were correct in that the hotel could really use an upgrade. Seems like a hotel that was once nice, but never brought up to modern date. There seems to be a serious issue with hotel staff, as room.was ready when we came to check in at 4pm, and they said there would be no staff to address rooms during our weekend stay. The two poor ladies at front desk were swamped all weekend and did best they could. Keys to parking area seemed to be constant issues. Not worth what we had to pay per night...$240.
