First of all the location was amazing. We were within a couple miles of all prime locations. We did have an issue where we needed to check out later which it’s very unusual for accommodating that. Crystal the and Jenny made sure that we had the greatest service possible. I was actually shocked to receive great experience such as theirs. I will definitely be staying here again assuming I’ll be staying the area. Without those two I don’t think my experience would have gone nearly aswell. Thank you so much Crystal and Jenny. You made my stay that much better!

Staff was PHENOMENAL, we had no issues from this time we checked in until we checked out everything was great... The young lady that helped us actually went out of her way to accommodate my mother and she did an awesome job of making sure that we were taken care of very grateful that I chose this hotel for our stay.

Everything about our stay here was great! Staff was great as well except the lady working the night shift for the office, when asked for more towels by phone she hung up on us and then after going to the office instead of helping us she just said go get them in the waiting area under the sink in a cabinet myself which would have been ok had she been actually busy but instead was on her cell phone but aside of her service the employees and place was actually very nice. Would definitely stay again.

I'm so glad I read the reviews... and this hotel does not disappoint! Every single staff member I encountered was so friendly and helpful! The lady at the front desk when we checked in Friday afternoon was super sweet and friendly. The rooms are really clean. The bedding is nice and the beds are really comfortable. I think it's a great location! Lots of food choices close by. Nice pool area. The value was excellent.

This is our second time staying here. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfy. It's a great location and an easy Uber if you're going anywhere in Tampa. What makes this place even better is the staff. Today Rubin checked us in and couldn't have been nicer. It's refreshing to be treated as if you're welcome at a property. Rubin not only made us feel welcomed but as if he really wanted us to be here. We love this place and will be back for sure.
