Nice ambiance but definitely presents as a hotel restaurant. For the price Of the food I expected better. The soup and beet salad were great but the mains were mediocre at best. The person I was with ordered the rib-eye steak and it came out raw and had to be sent back. By the time it was refired I had been done with my meal for 15 minutes. I would imagine most people that eat here are staying at the hotel. I Would not give this place a second go….

I was pleasantly surprised at the High Quality of cocktails, as the bartenders are not only friendly, but knowledgeable and unique. Each one seeming to have their own favorite cocktail and a great understanding. NOW, the food!! It was extremely delicious, both flavorful and filling. I enjoyed the Florida Grouper, a Tampa native fish, and it was flaky, buttery, and tender. The succotash that accompanied the fish added a light healthy option for cleansing the palette.

It's all you can expect from a upscale bar and more - the drinks are amazing, the staff is super helpful, and the price doesn't break the money. What more could you ask for. I've been to The Edge Bar multiple times and every experience is unique and enjoyable. I can't wait to take more friends her and share some delicious drinks and food!

Come for the view, but not much else. Edge is a rooftop bar with a nice atmosphere. There is a good balance of bar seating, comfortable seating, and standing room. But, for an outdoor bar, it was incredibly loud. The people socializing around me were shouting at the top of their lungs to be heard. And that was even before the live saxophonist started playing. The drinks menu is good, but somewhat overpriced. The food menu is extremely limited and overpriced. Good place if you're looking for a vibrant atmosphere. Not a great place for conversation or to eat something with your cocktail.

Sooo the EDGE Rooftop Cocktail Lounge was relaxing with a chill vibe to have a drink. I was searching for a rooftop bar given the COVID situation. I was able to grab my own table next to the pretty views. The drink selection was good but pricy. I was okay with paying for the ambience and the drinks were tasty. They have a few finger food items but I ended up eating at the restaurant downstairs after. The waitresses were very attentive and checked on me often. The staff all had their mask on and I felt comfortable. Overall I will be back.

I'm so glad we came in, my boyfriend and I had dinner at Elevage and came upstairs after and while the service downstairs was fine, the service upstairs at Edge was top notch. Vicente (the bar manager) made a point to make sure we had our drinks within minutes of sitting down and that we were well taken care of. He roamed the corded bar and was attentive to everyone, not to mention the actual bar and views are amazing! Highly recommend Edge, if you can get in!

Really cool spot to have a cocktail with a view. The bar tender, Alexis, is amazing. She was personable and made an amazing French 75 for my friend. Very attentive and fun to chat with.
The food is nothing to write home about but the bar and atmosphere are great. I would recommend this place for a cocktail early in the evening. This is probably not where you want to hang out all night, which is perfect since it is technically a hotel bar.

Stayed overnight at the Epicurean last night, and went up to the rooftop bar to check it out. "The Edge" It's everything you need for a cozy get together or pre-date night. They have cute tables for 4-6 people, or cozy couch areas, or you can sit at the bar. There are plenty of fans to keep you cool, and we also had a nice breeze. There is a nice little app list of bites you can order but we didn't partake since we were going to dinner.
I wish I could remember the bartenders name he was so wonderful and welcoming. (Sweet guy with dark hair)
Definitely check it out. Epicurean

Met a couple friends on a weeknight for a fun event. The views really aren't the best, mostly treetops & top of roofs, but they recently renovated & made killer cocktails - at least what I could keep down. lol Our bartender, Rachel, was so attentive & absolutely mazing!
TOMMY'S MARGHERITA (4/5): Smooth! Instantly revitalized after a sip, since it was hot and humid outside. Yasss gurl/guy - get this!
STRAWBERRY DAIQUIRI (4/5): Simple ingredients, but the combination is beyond delish - loved that it wasn't overly sweet.
SAUVIGNON BLANC (3/5): Hit the spot, too bad it

Love the renovated rooftop bar. We enjoy coming here for craft cocktails after dinner downstairs. I was very impressed with a drink I had last time we visited that was supposed to taste like a salad. It was very refreshing and interesting and unique. This is why I will continue to come here. The view is nice, its not amazing, but you can see downtown off in the distance. Its kind of a small space, but its not too crowded. It wasn't super busy any of the times we visited.

Nice rooftop bar at the Epicurean. It's nice to be away from most of the Howard Ave scene.
It's a small space, but we had no problem getting drinks and finding seats on a Saturday night.
I had the hand shaken daiquiri, and it was one of the best daiquiris I've ever had. My husband asked for a double tequila on the rocks (I can't remember the name, I think it was Milagros?). It was fine, but probably not worth the $28 they charged for it.
I'd stick to the cocktails, not straight up liquor here.

Lovely rooftop bars at the Epicurian Hotel in Soho Tampa. It's a small space, but it's nicely laid out.
A small bar with a few chairs, and then couches and tables to one side.
We went on a Saturday night around 9 pm. It wasn't overly crowded but there was a section of the space that was sectioned off for a function.
Unfortunately, we didn't get to try the food. I believe they only had a small selection of "small bites" available at the time. Our bartender was super sweet. I'm giving it 3 stars because it fell a bit flat in terms of ambience,it was a bit
