I'm assuming this is a new practice, based on office size and appearance. My husband lost a crown 12/27. I called to get appointment. The girl who answered phone to schedule appt. appeared to be quite inexperienced, but I made appt. My husband got there and immediately felt apprehensive, then the receptionist finished him off, with just not got it. He left. I'm hoping she's new, but surely does not represent methe practice well. Scary.

I went to Grand Central Dentistry for my wisdom teeth extractions and fillings based on a friends recommendation. Dr. Patel was very understanding and made me feel very comfortable about the procedure. I did not feel a thing and the whole process was pain free. The staff is also very friendly and goes above and beyond to make the visit a pleasant experience.

The staff was very friendly and I had a very enjoyable experience. I had not been to a dentist in a while due to a bad experience at a different dental office a few years ago. I was very hesitant to get any new dental work due to my previous experience but went to this office where they made me feel really comfortable. I did not feel a thing during my root canal or crown procedure, which amazed me. 10/10 would recommend this office with a very friendly staff who performs great work ! Thank you so much to the staff and I’ll see you guys soon for my cleaning :)

I have been very pleased with this office throughout my various visits. I recently had a wisdom tooth extraction at this office and the process was quick and painless. My recovery was also quick and nothing compared to extractions I've had at other offices where I would leave unable to talk and in pain. The doctors are very gentle and the whole team overall is very friendly and helpful. I recommend this office 100%

When my big old gold filling fell out, this whole team had my old tooth out of there and my teeth cleaned within a few days. Both Doctors make you feel reassured, answer questions completely, and do a thorough job. The office has beautiful tech and is immaculate. Dr.s Patel (I saw both of them) and their team gave me a practically painless experience and treated me like an old friend. Highest possible recommendation from me for this entire team!

I went in to fix a broken tooth to be replaced with an implant. Dr. Patel was very thorough explaining the procedure and took the time to address my questions. After the procedure, my teeth came out looking better than before! Excellent care and attention paid by the staff and the doctors. I would fly in from a different state to get treated by them!

After 20+ years away, I just moved back to Texas. My two previous dentists were nothing short of awesome, so I was very concerned I would not find another awesome dentist. This place is very clean, staff very friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and thorough! I am happy and thrilled to find this dentistry. I hadn’t been to the dentist in a long while and ended up breaking a tooth and was in a lot of pain. Called the office and they were able to get me in first thing in the morning the next day! Very quick for a new patient appointment!! The office was very nice, staff was very friendly and understanding and not “judgy”! I have an extraction scheduled in 2 days and they have been very thorough in discussing insurance coverage, any out of pocket costs and comfort measures that can be done for my appointment (cause I am a big baby!).

The ABSOLUTE best dental experience you will ever have! Dr. Patel is informative, quick, and painless. A typical 6-month exam and cleaning took les than 1 hour. Her assistant, Caroline, is also quick, kind and efficient. The reception desk was very professional and the check in process takes less than 10 minutes for a new patient. The prices are affordable, even without dental insurance, and they offer savings plans. As a bonus, the whole staff made my oldest two children’s first dental experience painless and cheerful. Save this dental office… you won’t find a better one!
