Front staff are rude. The dentist pulled me back about an hour late past my appointment time then proceeded to help 4 other patients during my root canal procedure. She would do one thing to me and walk away and come back half an hour do something else and walk away. No communication whatsoever. Had to ask several times what's going on. Went to get my permanent crown and the dentist didn't show up to her appointment. Very disappointing.

This was unfortunately the worst dental experience I've had. The only reason this gets a second star was your front desk attendant reminded me of my mother with her personality and that was a nice feeling.
I arrived at 1050 for my 11 o'clock appointment. After sitting and waiting (as you do) for about 5-10 minutes I was brought to the back. As I walked to the chair, I noticed an employee standing on her phone waiting for...something I'm sure. I sit on the chair and the gentleman who brought me back had to go up to the front to help the front desk assistant with a Spanish speaking customer.

Very poor service since two years they are keep canceling my kids appointments. Also They confirmed appointment before two day keep taxing and remind us appointments! last moment they are canceling appointments. Staff members are very rude on phone! They are hang up phone while we are talking! Whenever we are going to office they pretend very polite and nice ! Someone need to take action against them service! Very disappointed to me and my family's.

I waited over an hour and a half for my sons appointment 3 months ago but I came back because I liked the dentist. I came back with the goal in mind of I’m not going to wait longer then 40 min for him to at least be seen I waited the 40 mins and left didn’t see anyone at all no one cleaned his teeth nothing! Once is annoying but it happens I get it but twice is rude and poor time management.

Very, very disappointed with Lovett Dental. My kids have been going there for a long time, few years. I tried taking my oldest kid to his appointment(not sure why they allowed me to make it) to find out his account was blocked due to a high balance. Which doesn't make since because we have insurance. Going back and forth with insurance and the office and both are blaming the other party. No one will bill or pay for the balance and my son has to suffer. You can only call on Thursdays for the billing lady that handles children's account and I keep getting the run around. I finally was able to receive

I used to dread going to the dentist until my first visit with Keyshla. Not only is she the most friendly, understanding and empathetic dentist I have ever had the pleasure of visiting, she has a skill and work ethic that is unmatched! I am so happy that she was able to find a home here at Lovett; my entire family including my extended family have moved along with her. It’s a great feeling actually enjoying going to the dentist again.

I have came to the Conroe location many times, and I have always had a wonderful experience. I am not always an easy patient and they are always very understanding of my needs & co-ordinate with my schedule, not just for me but my husband and grown children in college as well. The girl in the front desk Misty, is always a huge help. She informs me of my insurance and my dental work needed, she is the sweetest and really knows what she is doing. I normally call and ask to speak to her when I need something, she gets things done and if she says she will call you back , she does! I 10/10 recommend

I have been dealing with this office for many years, & I have seen alot of staff come and go and some were good and some were horrible, I like to think its a work in progress but I do have to say the young lady in the front Misty is on top of everything, she has always been really attentive and understanding and she really knows the insurance and she took her time to explain mine to me. I really appreciated that. I will continue to get my dental work done with Lovett, and I pray Misty does not go anywhere, she really makes that office.

I have to say that I came in the office for the first time, was greeted by a beautiful young lady named Misty, with a gorgeous smile and personality. She had perfect southern charm and extremely knowledgeable about every question I had. I spoke also with Donna. Such a sweet lady also. I'll be making my appointment soon with Lovett after visiting 6 other dental centers. The office was extremely clean which was wonderful. Finally I feel comfortable with an office staff to take care of my needs. Thank you again ladies. I'm very excited. See you soon!
