I am new to Element Dental & Orthodontics and have been there twice with excellent care and treatment. The staff and Doctor provided excellent service to me and I am very pleased with the service I received from them. The Best dental care in Texas! The staff treat you well, and the dentist makes you comfortable w/o pain.

I went in to get my wisdom teeth taken out and I had the best service for someone who was very nervous going in. They treated me so well and helped me feel comfortable at all times.

Dont be fooled by the good reviews I got my braces 3 years ago done here they put them on my gums said that they would take them off and put them on right never did I stoped going for a year called them in August to make an appointment to get them off mind you my mom already got an email stating thata the braces were paid off and we didnt owe anything my appointment wasnt until December 29 so I waited went in drove over an hr to get there never any parking had to park at Wal-Mart and walk went in they said I had to pay 257.75 to get my braces off and that they wouldnt take them off till I paid

It's always something at this dentist office. Honestly there is one lady at the front desk that is super nice and cares and she is the only reason that I have given these people as much business as I have.

Wait time is ridiculous! I left today after 40 minutes of waiting
Communication is terrible. There is not a flow of communication in this office. You guess half of the time where you are going and what you are doing
Equipment is old and furniture has cracks and holes in it.
X-ray tech put the protective cover on the thing that goes in my mouth, then typed on the computer and

I really enjoyed my first experience with this place, the staff was great, and not to mention the dentist 😀 😁 was awesome 👏. She was so very nice and she wasn't in a rush. She was very concerned about what I needed and she did a wonderful job cleaning my teeth today. They feel so much better, I definitely would recommend this place to other friends and family members.

Huge improvement over my old dentist that I had been going to for years. I moved and found Element Dental that was closer to home in my insurance network. The examination process was very up-to-date, All digital. I had a crown fitted and my teeth cleaned. I have super sensitive teeth and the staff was very considerate of the sensitivity. This visit was completely pain-free and I definitely would recommend them to anyone needing dental work. They have good office hours and even are open on Saturdays.

The good : The front office staff is very nice and it was easy to make an appointment.
The negative: the office was filthy!!!! Just filthy. I was given a pair of broken sunglasses taped together to shield my eyes. The X-ray tech dropped a piece of equipment on the floor and later tried to use it. The dentist told me I had no cavities. When I questioned her about a certain tooth she said it was just a stain and that it would be removed with my cleaning ... ummm no it was a cavity and had to pay more at another dentist to get it fixed! That just ridiculous ! The hygienist was the WORST!

One of the most professional offices I've been too, Dr. Bautista is super nice and very informative. Answered every and any question I had. The rest of the staff is also very friendly and nice! I've had nothing but great experiences coming to element tomball for my dental needs. I have recommended this place to all my friends and family, and they couldn't be happier. 10/10 recommend!!
