Our trainers have degrees in Kinesiology, are certified through NSCA and NASM, and have experience training athletes of all ages. Our fitness coaches shine in our fast-paced, high-energy group fitness classes and in our highly-customized, one-on-one personal training sessions.

Services
At Infinity Fitness, we try to provide an environment that is safe, welcoming, challenging but never intimidating. We make a great effort to ensure we know, at a minimum, everyone's name, conditioning level, injury history, and preferred instruction style. You may not know anyone in the class but you will know the trainer, and the trainer will know you.
Whether you're preparing for an event, working on an area of weakness, or just prefer that level of individual attention, Personal Training can meet your needs. We want you to enjoy your workout but we also want you to see results! Your program will be designed to challenge you every step of the way to avoid plateaus and always make progress.
The goal of Team Training is to improve your overall fitness capacity & physical wellness - strength, cardio, core stability, energy, mobility all play a role. We're training to look good, feel good, move well and have fun. Team Training workouts are programmed monthly by the Infinity Fitness staff.
