We specialize in repairing fine jewelry, as well as costume items. Took in heirloom jewelry to be updated into new pieces. Sent inspiration photos multiple times. Visited the store 2 times with each time the jeweler not there but would contact. NO contact at all. All of this over a period of 9 months.
3rd visit got the pieces back.

This is the only Jewelry store where I will take my watches ,anklets ,necklaces anything that I need fixed to. The quality of how well everything is fixed is always consistently great also the customer service feels like home, taking pride in their work. Also Camelot has a variety selection of different jewelry that you wouldn't find anywhere else. My family has been going here for generations.

I have been visiting this jeweler for as long as I can remember at the recommendation of a family member. This small business has always stood by their word, and if something they repaired broke - they fixed it at no charge. Helen is always so gracious and nice when I come in and I appreciate these smaller stores with unique finds and great customer service!

This was the second stop I made in Dunwoody to have my pearls restrung and clasp fixed. First place had restrung Pearls 3 month ago for $85. I was told clasp unrepairable. The clasp is a platinum ball w pave diamonds, pretty and not inexpensive. Was told I would have to buy new clasp. I was offered a book w very ordinary gold clasp that cost between $500-700. Being disappointed I couldn't fix my clasp and not yet ready to settle I took them across the street to Camelot Jewelers. They fixed the clasp and restrung my pearls for $100. (45 for restinging and the other covered the labor and platinum

So, so pleased! Fractured the main stone in my 10 year anniversary ring & Camelot was able to make it brand new! They searched and searched for a comparable green tourmaline and finally had a couple of stones shipped in from New York. I picked the one I wanted and they had that ring reset by the end of the day! Could not be more impressed with the service or the quality of the work! Thank you!

Don't ever ask them to engrave anything. I gave them a week's notice to engrave a napkin ring for my boyfriend's birthday. They said it would be complete within 2-3 days. 3 days past and I got nervous; called to see if it was ready, they said yes.
When I picked it up (the day before my boyfriend's birthday) the engraving was WRONG. The engraver blamed her error on her brother's written instructions. I asked her to fix it and asked if it could be ready noon today (his birthday.) She said yes.

I wanted some information about my Dad's old ring and see if it should be repaired. A very friendly and knowledgeable lady, Helen Sher, said she would be happy to help me. She told me so many interesting details about the ring and even let me look under her microscope. She was wonderful. It's pretty beat up and we agreed it had more sentimental value than monetary but I'll treasure it forever.

Helen and her family have always treated us like family. They have created one of a kind designs for us, set loose stones we purchased on vacation and have repaired items that were purchased elsewhere (lost a side stone from a LeVian ring and Camelot replaced it for less money than LeVian was going to charge me to ship it to LeVian for a "free" repair).
They will also clean your jewelry and check prongs

I have found a jeweler and it is Camelot! I took my grandmother's dinner plate ring in after being turned away from a large retail chain. The jewellers at Camelot were able to resize it by the three and a half sizes it was too large by. The ring is priceless and I was thrilled they were able to complete the work and not damage the ring. I got an appraisal from them as well. All of the work was reasonably priced and everyone was very friendly. Being able to enjoy this ring means so much to me! I highly recommend Camelot jewellers!!

Camelot is a bit on the small side if you are accustomed to Tom or his frenemies, but on the BIG side when it comes to HEART.
I came in with a rather challenging special request, and Camelot jumped on it. They handled all the details, arranged for outside craftsmen when needed, tracked multiple jobs at once, and delivered brilliantly! They even worked with me on a trade-in to give me a great price.
