Each Fitness Yoga class is unique in design and has the ability to be customized to fit any fitness level. Several different styles of Fitness Yoga classes are offered with flexible scheduling and at an affordable price.

I began my yoga journey many years ago. As I have continued my practice and education in yoga, I have discovered much more about myself and my body; my practice continues to evolve all the time.
Physically, yoga brings about strength and flexibility, and mentally, you begin to notice a certain calmness and peace of mind until eventually you start to notice that what you are doing on the mat begins to cross over into what you're doing in your daily life.

All classes require minimum enrollment and are subject to change and cancellation. If class is not listed or you are unable to enroll, please contact for availability as classes fill up. If you are not sure what class is right for you please contact us for assistance. An invoice will be sent for any payment due if incorrect amount is selected and it must be paid prior to the first class.
Fitness Yoga is an effective and exciting "Mind" and "Body" workout. It is a safe practice that will make you sweat and work hard, connecting breath with movement. It combines aerobic and anaerobic movements, as well as elements from Hatha Yoga and traditional exercise, linked together in a flowing series of poses that create strength, flexibility, endurance and balance.
Can I sign up anytime? YES! Should I sign up early? To make sure you reserve yourself a spot in your desired class. Where do I send payment? 614 Romence Rd. What should I wear to class? Wear well fitted and comfortable yoga apparel, or sweat pants and shirt, no socks, and no shoes. Should I arrive early to class?
All sales are final with no refunds. There will be a service charge for returned checks and any adjustment to PAYPAL. All classes must be used within the session and no carrying over to the following session. All payments are due the first of the month. Late payments will have a $18 service fee and classes will cost $18 per class for that month.
