Because at GRIT, we believe the scale is just one element of metrics to overall health. GRIT focuses on full body health, which is why we proudly offer GRIT InBody Scanning as a method to measure all aspects of valuable health metrics. Body composition is a significantly higher gauge of overall health than simply measuring weight change.

I lOVE Michigan GRIT! Every day is something different and even after several years of coming consistently I still feel challenged (and often sore). The trainers are great and the atmosphere is welcoming. I can honestly say that I look forward to working out here every day. This is the first fitness program/gym that I haven't gotten burned out on! I can't say enough good things about Michigan GRIT. Come experience it for yourself!

I have been a part of this gym for 4 1/2 years. I love the workouts, the friendships that have been formed, the amazing trainers, the atmosphere is like a family to me! I am stronger than I used to be and have more stamina. I can't imagine a better place to workout!

AMAZING!! Such an awesome program with even more awesome owners. They truly invest in you and strive to see you succeed. This Camp has everything, for anyone, at any stage in life. I, personally, could never do push-ups and now I’m stronger and more confident than ever! I have really been enjoying my workouts here. I like the accountability. I like the group workouts! The instructors do an awesome job keeping you motivated!! There was a lady that had lost 100 lbs at one of my classes, how inspiring is that?! So awesome!! The workouts are always different giving you something new to look forward to. If you are on the fence, give it a try, you'll love it!

Great program and great value. Lots of fun work outs: TRX, Rowers, Battle Ropes, Dumbbells, Kettle Bells, Sleds, Turf, Bosa Balls, box jumps & more! All workouts designed and coached by certified personal trainers & every workout can be modified for all levels. The heart rate monitor system allows you to track the intensity of your work outs and keeps logs on your phone. The 3D Body Scanner creates an avatar and allows members to compare body composition to previous scans for quantifiable results. Classes are not crowded, and it's a brand new facility so everything is clean and contemporary
