We were honestly shocked by how perfectly located Sweetwater is to all things Park City. It took us 2 minutes to walk to the lifts with our boards in tow. Check in was easy, staff was friendly and super helpful! I'm always shocked by reviews other people leave, it seems as though people complain for the hell of it- is this the four seasons? No. But is it clean, comfortable, and safe? Absolutely! In a location you cannot beat! 10/10 would definitely spend another week here!

Sweetwater lift lodge was unwilling to reschedule our stay after providing a positive Covid test that was taken the date of our check in. Either they don’t care about their customers being exposed to COVID or they don’t care for their customers that are being responsible. Either way bad customer service.

We booked this in June with the expectation as discussed that we wanted a balcony room with a mountain view but when we arrived it was a road view looking out a window!. They said all the owners had the mountain view ! They should have granted me a full refund , and not a partial refund! I will be taking it up with my credit card company. And the pool has no view except for a building ! One star is vay generous

Dated and poorly maintained. Poor customer service all around. Male receptionist chuckled as he told me my car would be towed if I didn't go park it in a lot down by Main Street, 2 miles away. Was told I couldn't have or purchase a parking pass as the hotel was sold out, so there wouldn't be enough spots. A dozen or more spots sat empty in front of the hotel for the entirety of my stay. Wouldn't stay again or recommend to others.
Also, don't forget to get your pool towels from the front desk before going to swim.

Not bad, but not great. Our shower would spray crazy out the shower head and the tub faucet at the same time. The AC unit wouldnt work when we needed it. Bed and pillows were nice though. Beautiful lobby and staff was friendly. Hot tub was nice. Loved the outdoor amenities of grills and fuseball table. Great price for small room with kitchenette!

Resort is in need of major updates and they have a few safety items. In the off season the 20.00 a day parking fees is ridiculous for the state of the resort. Staff was friendly or else it would have been a one star. We stayed in a 3 bedroom unit a few years back which was much nicer than unit 87. AC unit was using an extension cord which is a code violation I am surprised fire chief didn’t call out. Smoke detectors missing in bedrooms. Dishwasher has a small leak, floors creak like crazy, mattress was the worst I have slept on, drywall needs repair. Kitchen supplies are small and minimal.
