Treasure Mountain Inn, affectionately known as TMI, is a locally operated condominium hotel. As Park City's first modern hotel - built in 1963 to support the Treasure Mountain Ski Area (now Park City Mountain Resort), the Inn has a rich history. Some Park City visitors prefer to ski at PCMR, some go to Deer Valley, if not to ski, then for lunch, but EVERYONE comes to Main Street.
It hardly ever rains here and snowstorms are considered good news, so you'll likely be getting your exercise outside. Quiet and central, the courtyard is a treed refuge tucked between our 3 buildings. You'll find a hot tub and fire circle, heated bench seating and gathering areas as well as the artwork in stone provided by our favorite mason, George Austin.
With Park City Mountain, the largest ski resort in North America, in our backyard and Deer Valley Resort, one of the top ranked resorts, in our front yard, it's pretty hard to beat Park City's winter recreation. You may have heard that it can be hard to get a drink in Utah. You have heard wrong. With more than 50 bars and restaurants within walking distance of TMI you won't go thirsty.
As Park City's first meeting property, Treasure Mountain Inn gives you a place to get business done with a mountain-town twist in a carbon-negative package. Positioned at the top of Main Street, we have a lofty location within steps of Park City's best dining and nightlife. Treasure Mountain Inn has been specializing in mountain meetings since 1963 and is the only conference center in historic Park City.

The Inn opened in 1965. It is old and in need of much TLC. The good: main street location, Tekila Mexican Grill & Cantina down the hall from the lobby, spa, nail salon, DVD rental library and a large hot tub. The bad: baseboard heater with old, analog thermostat which meant a cold room in December, mediocre mattress, no dresser for clothing, very small bathroom which is not place for a woman to do makeup due to a lack of a counter, a shower head that came up to my chest (I am 6'-2" tall), no elevator in Building 2, $5 per night parking charge, and noise from neighboring rooms. It appeared as if

We stayed in room 48. Floors were dirty, windows haven't been cleaned in maybe a year even the glass storm door going out to the deck. Views were clouded by dirty windows. Deck had trash on it.
Throw pillows on the couch and chairs were filthy.
We were very cold inside and couldn't get the AC to turn off. The faucet in hall bathroom was loose so sliding all over when we tried to turn on the water. There should be safety bars to get into the shower in this bathroom as it is a high jetted tub. For the increased prices we had to pay this year the room should be cleaner.

This hotel is old. But it’s quaint, perfect location and perfect for someone who just wants a good room without paying too much. Ivan was so helpful and had knowledge on everything fun to do. He was so sweet. The heated pool was a nice feature after we went hiking and kayaking. I would definitely stay here again.

Friendly, helpful and efficient staff. Awesome location at the top of main by all the restaurants and boutiques. Loved the spa! Room was clean and comfortable, bathroom is a bit small. Parking garage was great but only large enough for one car per room and parking was around a ten minute walk. Would stay there again and reccomend it to family and friends

So many things were disappointing. There was PEE in the toilet when we arrived (so obviously didn’t clean it or at least didn’t use cleaner..?) and broken GLASS on the carpet right next to the bed. We were told the hot tub would be available during our stay, but at check-in we were told differently. We had to pay for parking, only to find no parking where we were told to park. There was a dirty pillow case under the bed, and two lights were out. The front desk closed after 9pm, so we went to talk to someone the next morning. The man at the front desk came off as annoyed and definitely didn’t

I am very disappointed with this hotels management and customer service team. It seems they would rather infect their guests and put them in danger then provide any form of customer service. We made a reservation and more than 10 days in advance were informed that we had a positive COVID exposure and would not be traveling. They then ran us through the ringer and made us submit paperwork and doctor's notes and email multiple employees. In the end after more than 10 email exchanges and several phone calls they refused our refund, kept a credit that we are permitted to use with them and charged

Fabulous place! My son said it looks like a hipster hotel and it kind of is, but in a good way. Ivan at the front desk was wonderful and very accommodating. He helped me get a big bag of ice so I could drink some refreshing beverages and ice my wound.
The 1 bedroom units are so fine! They have everything you need and are tricked out with 2 TV's and a DVR for the kid's movies. I was afraid of the white carpet in the bedroom and living room so I would throw down some towels before I walked on them. The studio apartments are up a walkway behind the front but I am glad I booked the 1 bedroom

The communication with this place was awful!!! Me and 6 of my girlfriends were staying here for the weekend and got a condo and the rooms literally didn't have any AC!!!!! In the summer!!! They never mentioned that when we checked in or booked it!! Then when I went down to ask what to do they said open a window. Our windows wouldn't open and I asked if they could come up and try and they never did. I called down t the fromt desk dozens of times and no answer. I asked to have extra fans sent up to our room and no one came. This place is a JOKE!

Stayed here over the Labor Day weekend. Parking was a nightmare! No parking at the hotel, had to park and drag our luggage from 3 block away.
Check in went smoothly and quick, Ivan was super friendly and sweet.
Room was nice , balcony was a huge plus.
No warm water in the bathroom! Huge disappointment, had to shower with cold water which wasn't pleasant.
Oh well, but the overall experience was okay, will most likely return since location was by far the best and closest to everything on main st. I stay in Park city and Deer valley a lot during winter months in UT and this location can&apos

There are way more pros about this place than there are cons, but my particular con is the dealbreaker. The location is fantastic, the price is great, the rooms are cozy and well equipped, meaning the kitchen is stocked with dishes, and you can walk anywhere on main street from this hotel. Shops, restaurants, the theater, location = 5 stars!
Things that don't matter, but I'll put in here anyway: The TV is ancient, the bedding could use new comforters (actually that matters)...parking is on the street and very sparse, the shelving above the sink in the bathroom was broken.

Wow. This place is right on the Main Street in Park City. The room had a full kitchen(microwave, stovetop, dishes, dishwasher, full bathroom (shower over tub), living room (couch,tv, coffee table) and a shared patio (with view of the pool). The o my gripe we had was not being able to control the temperature in the room (room had a thermostat- but it did not work). The hotels location however, is within walking distance to various shops, restaurants, bars, etc).

We stayed here for my buddies bachelor party in condo #51, which is a two room two bath for up to 8 people. The rooms are a little outdated and we didn't have an AC in our room. But ultimately the kitchen and living room and balcony were sweet for entertaining.
There is only a hot tub, which was currently broken so it was a makeshift small pool.
No breakfast but attached to Tekila Cantina (see other review for it). They had a small coffee station in the lobby that was a nice little perk.
Awesome how it's right on main, but parking was very limited and most of the group had to park

We traveled to Park City during ski week and had an overall great time, but will never be back to the Treasure Mountain Inn.
Our room was alarmingly overpriced in general (we chalked that up to seasonal competition), but our room door didn't lock without an adult either pulling or leaning on it while jiggling the lock (our 9 and 13 year-olds didn't weigh enough!) and the heat in both the living room and bedroom failed, requiring us to run space heaters which could not be set to a fixed temperature (thus up and down at night to get the heat right for folks to sleep). Price - $800 for two nights, pretty pricey.
Front Desk - Mary was great, and she was very pleasant and friendly. She set the tone for my customer service expectations for this stay. It was a positive experience throughout.
Room - 1 Bedroom Condo, full kitchen, and ample space. Nothing spectacular about the view, and the bed is decent. Two mounted space heaters/cooling units control the climate, two wall mounted TV's (with grainy pictures on both), and a small bathroom with

Literally the only reason I am giving two stars is because (1) the room was clean and spacious (which we paid extra for FYI) and (2) the location is great.
This is why you absolutely lose 3 stars (and then some): the worst customer service I've ever experienced of a hotel. First of all, the front desk knows nothing...Main Street isn't THAT long. They should at least have restaurant recommendations, etc. "I've only been here 5 months" is not a valid response in someone asking where "X" place is located (btw the place was legit 100 ft away lol). It's rude

I was here in business with a team of 3. We had a few rooms, each of which were amazing in their own way. Whether the view, the decor or the room features, we were all very pleased with the lodging.
Each morning we woke up to beautiful snow enveloping the area. It was quiet and peaceful, yet close enough to any activities you wanted. In the morning we were able to take the free shuttle to the base of park city to hit the slopes.
The staff was very inviting and knew a lot about the town, it's history, and how to get places we needed to be.
I would highly recommend this property to anyone
