If there was a way to rate with zero stars for this review, i'd give it a big zero. Bad experience with long term bad consequences to me and my family and my child. She will bill you excessively for work you haven't ask for or agreed on. This lawyer doesn't care about you, doesn't care about the consequences to your family and she only cares about her money. Her performance at court was way below par, to say the least. There were a few times where she told me that she wrote and filed legal documents in my case, however, later i found out that she didn't.

I was literally rescued from a very pathological accuser/stalker type by this lovely person/great attorney. I was comforted, guided and got the court outcome I so badly needed. In a blaming and violent world Ms. Garcia Sepulveda is a fair and even minded, intelligent and strong advocate.

I have been a client of Flora for about 8 years and she is WONDERFUL!!! In the hostile world of divorce and child custody, she has been nothing but professional and supportive. In court, she is a force to be reckoned with while not at all having to be loud or obstinate to get her point across. She is clearly respected by the judges as well as personnel in the Child Support office. I have saved myself countless hours of worry because I know she's on the case ready to fight on my behalf.
