Broker Jeff Stewart entered the Boise Idaho Real Estate business as an appraiser in 2002, obtained his real estate license in 2004 and opened Stewart Realty in 2007. There are some great deals to be found on our Boise Area Foreclosure Listings page. Depending on the property, the bank, current days on the market and other factors these properties can be purchased at significant discounts and sometimes substantially below market. Banks price their listings based on appraised values which often times are underpriced.

Jeff was very attentive until we started running into problems after closing, due to damages left by sellers. I take responsibility for not catching Jeff's contractual mistake right away, but as a seasoned realtor he should have not made that crucial error that left me 100% unprotected. When I did discover the problem, supposedly it was too late to make changes and Jeff gave me his solemn promise everything would be fine. It wasn't and Jeff knew it because he did the final walk through that we could not participate in... again because of poorly written contract. He even admitted to mistakes

Jeff Stewart did a great job helping us find our new home. We relocated to Meridian from out of state and found Jeff's profile online. We were impressed by his experience in the Meridian real estate market. After sending him a note, Jeff reached out and scheduled a call with us and spent the time to get to know us and in particular what our housing needs were.

If you are looking for the best realtor, search no more! Stewart Reality is top notch. In a 1 to 5 rating, my husband and I would give them 10! My husband and I just moved to the Eagle area in August, 2018. We previously owned a 5 acre home in Meridian. We had the pleasure of working with Stewart Reality. In our past, we have sold three homes and bought four homes. Never have we experienced anything close to what we experienced with Stewart Reality. We highly recommend Jeff Stewart of Stewart Realty for all real estate needs. Jeff is extremely knowledgeable and hard working. Jeff and his office manager, Sheri, helped us find our home in Star. Jeff and his team provided excellent service in the sale of our home. His careful research and insights helped us price our home perfectly so that it sold faster than we were expecting. Once under contract, we were guided from start to finish with quick responses to our many questions. In the end, we were able to close early and had a very smooth transition. For 3 years Jeff kept me updated about homes and new developments close to our children and Grandkids. When a new subdivision opened within a few blocks of our son, Jeff was there to help us with building our new home. The builder was difficult to work with and Jeff always had our backs.
It took 20 months from start to finish and Jeff was always there for us. We are grateful that he insisted that we have a 3rd party independent inspector to go over the property before we closed.
This is our 4th new home. We had previous homes built while living out of the area or across the country

As first time home-buyers, my wife and I could not be happier that we found Stewart Realty. We are fairly picky, and we even completely changed the type of property we were looking for multiple times mid-way through the process. I'm sure that's a little frustrating for a realtor. But through it all, Jeff was nothing but patient, helpful and very honest. He gave many helpful suggestions along the way (did I mention that we were first-time homebuyers? ... we knew nothing about the process) and genuinely had our best interest at heart. I highly recommend Jeff as your realtor! He first sold our house quick for more than we'd hoped, giving us great advice on how best to go about it. And then he found the perfect house for us to purchase too. Jeff was able to move quick so that we didn't have to move into an apartment in between either, which was great. He has great contacts to help make the whole process smooth and easy, like carpet cleaners and handyman services. The whole experience could not have gone better - thanks Jeff!
