After living in our home for almost a decade, we chose to move elsewhere and rent out the previous home. We had been referred "word of mouth" to "Real Property Management Resources." We're glad we were. They were easy to work with and informative. Our home has been rented for several months with no problems. We still keep in touch with a dear "nosey neighbor" friend. She can find fault with most the neighbors but recently went out of the way (without our prodding) to say that she had had no problems with her new, young neighbors.

When I first came across my house I was in desperate need of a home. I was almost 40 weeks pregnant and my current rental had electrical issues that were unsafe to live in, leaving me homeless and expecting a baby in a week. As soon as I was approved I received an email and text saying put a deposit down and complete the application to claim the house. Dealing with this company is always a pleasure, if I don’t get anyone on the phone when I call, I receive a call back quickly. When it comes to any maintenance work, I can rest assured that Dathan is going to get work on the property scheduled and completed in a timely and efficient manner. Josh is great with the showings and providing me with feedback about what prospecting tenants are saying about the properties. I cant say enough good things about this company. I have had things wrong with my house for yrs that the previous management company ignored. RPM sent a very prompt, professional and experienced person to fix everything upon the first request.
I also have been helping my mom rent from RPM as well. Josh has been very understanding and patient, answering all of her questions and responding promptly to her needs.

When we were trying to sell our house, I was introduced to Dathan and
all the crew at Real Property Management Resources. They pulled us out of our worries. They take care of our property as if it was their own. They always get good tenants in there and we don't have to worry about anything. Our Rent check goes into the bank on time. We can sleep at night and not worry anymore. This place is the real deal! I own three properties and each one is managed by Real Property Management Resources. Dathan goes the extra mile with my properties and treats them like they are his own. Before choosing Real Property Management Resources, I extensively interviewed many other companies that ultimately could not hold a candle to what this company has done for me. Five stars for RPM.
P.S. Do not mistake this company for "Real Property Management Enterprises" it is a totally different set of people with a very similar name in Oklahoma City.

In my experience Dathan is very easy to work with, prompt & courteous, exhibiting great customer service regarding all of my concerns & questions!
