All of our Property Managers are real estate professionals licensed in the state of Oklahoma. A: We can pay you via direct deposit to a bank account of your choosing and encourage this since it is a more secure payment method. A: We would be happy to provide a copy of the lease upon request. The lease is signed by all financially responsible tenants and countersigned by an employee of OKC Homes 4 You acting as agent for the Owner.
Leasing Bonus Fee: When a new tenant moves into your property, we will get either 25% of the first full month's rent or $150, whichever is greater. Minimum Monthly Management Fee: Beginning the first full month the property is vacant and continuing until the first rent paying month of a new tenant, the Management Fee will be reduced to $25 per month.

I lived on property they managed.
I gave 30 day notice and moved out .
Property was clean clean
Apartment was renovated
They charged me 150$ for paint touchup ??
25$ for light bulb idk maybe one burned out.
You will not get your full deposit if you get any , they are a gonna get your money.
They change contract too much

Tenant complaint: I've had several maintenance/property issues that they refuse to resolve. Everytime I've spoken with them, they've been passive aggressive on the phone and unprofessional. I'm a good tenant. I pay my rent ahead of time, I'm quiet and have lived here through 2 property managers before them. They are awful.

I set up an appointment to view one of their only 2 available homes. The appointment was confirmed and I received an email saying such. 2 days later I received an email canceling the appointment. Ok, fine no problem right? Well, I continued to see the home advertised on multiple sites so I emailed them back telling them so. They apologized and said they had to take the listing down for site maintenance or whatever and said the home was still available since they hadn't received a deposit from the other person yet and asked if I still wanted to see it. So...like an idiot I said yes I still

This company is a total rip off!! They will try and steal from you when you move out of the home, please call them daily of they will not tell you what needs to be done. I am being charged to replace a mail box that they installed. They want you to paint floors in the garage or be charged 600 dollars. They sent two invoices one thirty days after I moved out. The second 65 days after I moved out. Do not do business with this company. I am warning you! I have never done a single review in my life. This company is that bad I feel I need to do this to try and help another person and family save themselves

Terrible experience with them as a rental home owner. If you are trying to rent out your home and are looking for a property management company, run far away! Unless you enjoy having your rental home's rent lowered without your permission, being charged for fixes that are flimsy at best (the repair they ordered and approved for my rental house's gate was an absolute joke and was falling apart again months later), having a renter ditch out on the lease before the last month and you having to pick up ALL the fees associated with that, etc.

When we had needed to move out of state for a new job, we decided to keep our home as investment property. We interviewed a few property management companies in the Metro, but felt the best connection with Bob when he came out to see the house. After over a year with OKC Homes 4 You, I can report that their service is highly professional, transparent and responsive. Leasing and Move-outs are handled perfectly. It put us at ease that our home is in good hands!

Great staff but theres no sense of urgency or timeliness in important repairs. I've had a leaking roof (who knows what kind of mold is possibly there) for well over a year with 5 different people who have come out to "look at it" with nothing being done to start the process to fix it. Work orders in the first year or two were completed timely but not anymore.

I enjoy having OKC Homes 4 You take care of my properties. If something is needed, they take care of the problem. If it is a big po, Trey contact me. They collect rent each month and send a check for the amount less experiences. Very professional. I’d recommend their service to anyone. I am currently working with a contractor I met through them. Very happy with OKC Homes4You so far. Discovered them via a referral when we were looking for a property manager for our rental investment. The business is run by a gentleman named Robert (Bob) Kyle and is a small, family-owned establishment.

We purchased a new home for the purpose of renting and saw Bob's website and very positive reviews. Our goal was to find a property management company that would treat our tenants with honesty, respect and professionalism. All rental checks are transferred to our local bank outside the state of Oklahoma and updates are sent via email notification each month. I have been very pleased with my experience with OKCHomes4You. From the start they have been very courteous and made the rental process smooth. Its easy to pay rent online using their website and you can easily submit maintenance requests online as well. I have had a few maintenance repairs, but each time they were responsive and made repairs in a timely manner. I would recommend them for anyone who is looking to rent!
