I was referred to Michael through a warranty at Lowes. He was not only professional, he was honest and quick. He answered the phone right away and helped diagnose the problem. I really appreciate how kind he was at making sure we had hot water. He was patient with all the questions I asked. I highly recommend him and his company.

I recently had my water heater replaced by Archibald Plumbing. I had an old 9 year old unit finally give out on me. I called Michael and he was able to schedule me the following day. He was quickly responsive with a price quote and accommodating on the time frame to get the job done. Michael is very knowledgeable. I appreciate the advice on how to maintain my new unit to assure it keeps running for years to come. Michael and his crew were very professional. I was referred to Michael as a water heater specialist from my goto plumbers. I was having trouble starting our water heater and then it was going out after a moderate period of time. Michael came out quickly and got it started, replacing the thermal couple kept it running. Heres the biggest part- my wife who was home with our children was sure to tell me she liked him, that he struck her as a "good" person. I am so impressed with this company!! Michael and Ryan came to our rescue when our rental unit water heater broke!! They were quick, friendly and best of all the price was so reasonable for an emergency repair!! Can't say enough good things about this one!!!

Awesome experience from start to finish. I had a bad 75 gallons water heater and wanted to replace it. Called a few plumbers for a quote with pictures of the old heater and all of them wanted top come by to look at it. Michael responded within minutes and gave a quote with a reasonable range.

I finalized the job and had him come the next day to install the water heater, with expansion tank and hot-water circulation pump for instant hot water throughout the house. The costs were pretty reasonable and the service was fantastic! I would highly recommend Archibald plumbing for all your plumbing needs

I was referred to Mike at Archibald when our WateR heater developed a problem. Turned out they were able to fix it. When it finally needed replacement I went back to them for a quote for a full replacement. Not only were they competitive, but they gave me options, listened to my concerns and made it all happen in 1 day. Great service! Highly recommend Mike and Ryan to anyone!

Mike saved our bacon, last minute, on a Saturday no less! We were having a new refrigerator installed from Best Buy and the technician said we needed to call a plumber. Why? Well, he claimed the water bob wasn't working and the problem must be from inside the wall because, even though the water to the house was shut off, he said water kept spraying out.

So, I text Mike from Archibald plumbing with an SOS! He was there within 15 minutes!! Of course, the technician had already taken off. Was there an actual problem? No! The technician just hadn't turned the valve off all the way. That

Archibald Plumbing takes care of our Company and houses, we have an IBC hot water heater-boiler system that's fairly complicated he got it up and running as fast as he could get the parts from the distributor, when others in town would not even come look at it, as this system is not made in the US.

I have never written a negative review on Yelp until now. I feel compelled to share the truth and prevent others from being taken advantage of by Michael Archibald of Archibald Plumber, a supposedly 'excellent' plumber by prior reviews, who has shown a lack of plumbing skills, lack of customer service to a customer who paid him more than he originally quoted, and then lied with a failed promise to come back to complete the unfinished job, now more than over a month ago.
