Spent quite a lot of money towards these guys.. wish I had gone with someone else. They did a good job but price seemed steep and we had some big issues with his customer service. Maybe I caught the guy on a bad day or something but he was aggressive and combative, especially with my tenant. He tried to pin the blame on her and her infant son. They had used the jacuzzi tub only about 2 times.. while talking to him she said "once or twice" and then later in the conversation said "just a few times", so he got aggressive with her and then told me "she can't keep her

I called Top Notch on a Monday morning at 8 am and Gordon answered right away. I was given a very fair quote and told they would be there in the afternoon. They were there by noon and had the job done in just a couple hours. I truly wished I had called them sooner and not procrastinated. Top Notch helped get some household stress under control. This was the easiest transaction with the best service I've had in a long time. Called Gordon and he answered right away. Communicates well over the phone and was easy to set an appointment with. Came out the next morning and arrived 5 minutes early. Introduced himself, gave me a quick rundown of what he was going to do, and got right to work. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Left the entire area clean when completed. Quality work and very fair pricing. I love supporting small bsuinesses and good, honest people like this. If there's ten stars, I would give it to Top Notch Plumbing. Gordon, the owner came and did my toilet and faucet problems promptly. He also did a thorough check around my house if there's any leaks at no costs. Top Notch is on top of their game, honest, reasonable price, answered all my plumbing concerns, accurate and very kind. Gordon from Top Notch Plumbing made quick work of a toilet leak, something I would normally do myself but for a bad back. He completed the wax ring replacement in 30 minutes,, the price was reasonable, and the workmanship was excellent. No hesitation recommending Top Notch for plumbing work.
