I could not be happier with my experience at this store. I met with the owner, Frank, with a special request. My husband recently passed away and I wanted to do something using his wedding ring. Frank spent time with me discussing options and also my budget. I decided on a pendant with a cross inside the ring.

Frank is amazing! We have bought several pieces from Isaac and have always been extremely happy with the entire experience.
About 8 years ago our house was robbed and a ring that had been passed down for over 100 years on my husbands side of the family was one of the many items taken. This ring survived the Holocaust and was brought over from Palestine.
A few months ago my husband was mentioning that he wished we had a photo of the ring so that we could get it remade. I was able to find a picture that I had taken quickly with the ring in the box. It wasn’t great but it was what we had.

I bought two cross necklaces from Isaac’s jewelry, totaling $1,500 in charges. One of the cross chain’s broke after 1 month of having the necklace. I went into the store to check the necklace warranty, and the jeweler offered no warranty or discount on a new chain. After two weeks, my second chain broke even though it was known as the most “durable” chain the jeweler offered. I will never shop again at this store. They offer cheap products and awful customer service.

An amazing selection with a incredibly friendly staff the owner was nice enough to take the time to introduce himself and I only buy jewelry from three people in Scottsdale and Susan is definitely number one on the list as always she helps steer me in the right direction and found me two incredible watches that I am more than happy with she is always very knowledgeable and helpful beyond belief I highly recommend a visit. I updated my engagement ring with Isaac Jewelers and could not be happier. Frank and Sana were extremely helpful. After describing what I was looking for, Frank sourced diamonds and brought me in to take a look. I determined which stone I wanted and within a week, the updates were made. I came in just browsing for an engagement ring and came across a beautiful marquise cut for a good price. It was so good that I put a down payment on it. Greg and Sana were super helpful and friendly and made the whole experience easy.
About a week later, however, I decided I wanted to go bigger and the staff couldn't have been more understanding and helpful!
Frank Isaac ended up ordering me 4 marquise diamonds for me to consider. The one I chose exceeding all the specifications I asked for while still staying in my price range.

Amazing experience with Frank and his team! They truly made my experience purchasing a watch a memorable one that I will cherish forever. I did not feel any pressure from the moment I walked in the doors and their beautiful store. I have to post an amazing review for my wife's new favorite store - Isaac's Jewelers!! Just happened upon this beautiful store in Kierland and walked in. Everyone was friendly and my wife and I did NOT feel any pressure from the sales people. We browsed through their selection and was so impressed by the variety. Really magnificent designs and it was easy to pick a necklace for my wife for our anniversary. Add to that the owner, Frank, helped design an addition to an existing piece that turned out beyond our vision for the piece!! Truly a great experience from start to finish!!

I recently had two experiences with Isaac Jewelers, both of which were excellent. My wife purchased a Hamilton watch for me, which we had issues with initially, but they took the watch back and within days had a brand new one shipped out to me. In addition, I had a mother's ring custom made for my wife with two Garnett stones surrounded my diamonds. The ring was very well priced and came out absolutely beautiful. Excellent Valentines Day present for my wife!! Would definitely do business with Isaac Jewelers in the future.

Stopped in here with my pal over the weekend and came across the nicest sales person one could ever meet! Gregory was so sweet!!! As the security guard, mean mugged us the entire time and looking at us as if, we were going to do something wrong! Greg laughed and joked with us while showing us pieces that my friend had an interest in.
