The Estate Watch and Jewelry Company provided me with an outstanding experience. I don’t have much knowledge with stones, cuts, sizes, and all of those kind of details. Jill Edwards, owner, and one of her amazing staff, Janine were amazing. They answered all of my questions for me, no matter how simple or detailed. They had great inventory selection while also outsourcing pieces very quickly and timely. The best thing about them though was the quality of the their jewelry. I loved my experience here and will definitely be back for more items. Thank you Jill and Janine.

I highly recommend this store. Excellent customer service and very friendly staff. On 2 separate occasions, I've brought my watch in for servicing and both times, they were able to resolve my issue very quickly and at a very reasonable price. During my last visit, Tyler J. helped me out tremendously. And there's free parking directly in front of the store.

I had the most pleasant experience at this Jewelry Store. Jill was warm, friendly, accommodating and lovey to meet. The sale personnel, at any store, are the face of a business. I just want to thank the entire staff at The Estate Watch & Jewelry Company but especially Emily. I went in a few months ago to look at some tennis bracelets. I was instantly greeted with a smile by Emily. I talked to Emily about what I was looking for and also told her what my budget is. Emily showed me a few different options for what I was looking for. I never felt any type of pressure to purchase something and was given time as well to think about it before I made my decision. A few weeks later I went in and made my purchase. I was very lucky to have Emily to helped showed me the difference

FIVE "STAR" rating for Janine. She is a very charming and helpful person. Thoroughly enjoyed doing business with her.
The store itself is well kept, jewelry beautifully displayed and has a huge selection of estate jewelry.
However, I give the store itself a WEAK "TWO STAR" rating. Reason being; with the price of gold at such a high value right now, I feel that their offer of $300 - $350 for my 14K gold Lady Elgin Watch (purchased in 1968) with 14K gold mesh band was quite low compared to what I was offered 10 years ago at another of their stores. This offer is half what I had been offered years

Incredible customer service! We wanted to make a custom piece: Caden, the specialist helping us, took some rough designs and ideas from us and turned them into something unique and beautiful. So happy we came here! We also saw a wonderful necklace we liked, and he assisted us in working out a trade for some of our own jewelry. It was a great experience and we're excited to go back

Tyler was very professional in helping me pick out the perfect bracelet for my girlfriend. I am a medical student and am extremely busy so it was challenging for me to find a time to come into the store to get in person help. However, Tyler was easily able to adapt to this challenge and provided personal assistance in finding the right jewelry piece electronically. He went above and beyond with sending me images of bracelets until we were able to find the perfect one together.
