Very dishonest and poorly handled. I moved out months ago and recieved the ledger that I owe. 2 months after that, they sent another ledger that was double the amount of the first ledger that was sent out and agreed to pay!!! The way they are handling this is very dishonest and unprofessional. I'm trying to see if I need a lawyer to further actions .. unbelievable!

Incredibly dishonest, claimed paint was more than normal wear and tear and took entire $1200 deposit.
Never provided a move out check list, or made mention of one when I was notified that I had to move.

Worst rental company you can imagine. Rented a townhouse for $4995 per month and they failed to disclose extreme mold damage and air conditioning that did not work properly - leaving me with no AC for the first month and my bedroom being over 90 degrees. Air conditioning repairman told me that landlord instructed him NOT to replace the unit after being told it was broken. They installed cabinets for laundry detergent using glue, nor anchors or mounts, but glue! The cabinet fell on me causing me to suffer physical injuries and damaging my brand new washing machine. This has been horrible since day one of moving into one of their rentals. I submitted over 7 work orders for my refrigerator to get fixed as well as the sewage backed up in all my sinks, I've missed days of work to accommodate their maintenance group which never show. It's been 14 days no fridge no using any water due to sink full with sludge. It's disgusting and terrible this is how you let your renters live for weeks!!! I lost 300 worth of medication that needs to stay cold, along with hundreds of dollars of food!!! And best part NO ONE ANSWERS THEIR PHONES TO ASSIST YOU! SCREW

Took about 3 phone calls and a text to the property manager over the specific property to schedule a tour . she spoke with my realtor via text . i loved the property and immediately did an app online. and sent all required documents. no phone call , i received an email that my file would be “reviewed” in few days and submitted to manager . hadn’t heard anything in 8 days . i wrote the property on zillow she responded with and auto reply about scheduling a tour for yesterday. my response was i already applied and hadn’t heard ANYTHING about my app whether it was even processed. i’m not

This the worse property management company ever in the area of georgia !! union city ga maple valley projects!! waring warning super warning do not rent from this company. they are aware of the criminal vandalism the break ins! busting out your car windows. the lack of response they reply to none! be 1 day late on your rent they will serve you with an eviction thru the courts so they can charge you attorney fees! they do not answer maintainance calls in a timely manner when your heat stop working they tell to go buy space heaters! its spring and summer now guess what they never came back to fix

I feel some type of way about the fact I even have to give these crooks one star they are that aweful.My family moved in to Cassville commons after looking at the home with Sanella. I wish to God we had passed, but the rent was affordable and it was all electric.First was the walkthrough which we were rushed through because she had another appointment so we weren't able to complete it. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. This management company is completely fraudulent. All they want to do is take your money and provide absolutely no services. I made a huge mistake by renting one of their units. If I could go back in time and re-rent the unit there is NOTHING in the world that can convince me to work with this management company not even if the apartment was free. Do yourself a favor and work with any other management company otherwise you will seriously regret it.

Most if not all of their properties are located in Section 8 communities....I urge everyone to do research on the immediate area associated with the property...go to the police dept and request a crime report on the area...that will give you a heads up on the kind of people surrounding you and your family....These days it's all about money and not you and your family....These people are scammers....who never answers the phone.....they have a property listed in Henry County....townhomes....the ad on their site looks good but once you see the property in person it's not good....trash was

This is the WORST property management company ever!!! DO NOT EVER RENT FROM THEM! I have lived here for 4 years. I pay my rent, in full, on time every month. Every summer my ac breaks. I spend weeks without it while their techs "try to figure out the problem." They do not care about their tenants at all. You are of no priority to them. You cannot get anyone on the phone and there are no email addresses for anyone. Just do yourself a favor and stay away from them!

The property is in utter disrepair. Worst kept property in South Carolina. No ground maintenance or repair has been done. Pool is lacking maintenance.
