AVOID!!!! Scam of a company. KHAYLA Said I was approved on a property, then the very next day Im going to put down the deposit they called me to tell me the property I was approved on and was going to move in to was sold after I got approved. This is after paying $83 for a "credit check". They somehow don't have a way of letting other people know that a property is already taken. BS

Ive been trying to get in touch with Janiece Cole for the past week about looking at a property to rent. Crickets thats all I've heard. No response what so ever her voicemail answers as not being set up yet. If this company is indeed an actual Property Management company I feel really bad for the property owners. I rented from this company, and they do not care about their tenents. They do not respond in a timely manner to repairs needed. No matter how important the repair is. I had to repeatedly reach out to them for any repairs and even when my lease was ending to set up a time to do a final walk through. Then, they didn't bother switching over the utilities until they found another renter which was almost a month later. When asked, they were very rude and said they would consider paying the bill, which they never did.

As a new landlord (living out of state), finding the right property management company was one of the most important things I needed to figure out. Thankfully, I found Mountain View Property Management. After interviewing a handful of other places, Mtn View was the most understanding, flexible and truly showed they WANTED the business. Since then, in some challenging situations, they've been friendly, helpful and trustworthy. I'm actively looking for more places in the area to work them more, as I can't recommend highly enough. This place is the worst property management I’ve ever had to deal with. When I signed onto the lease the home was already in bad condition- blinds missing, holes in walls, mold, etc and it wasn’t until 12 months later when my lease ended that I was told I had to pay out of my deposit for everything that was wrong with the house . On top of that one of the secretaries “Lost” my first months rent and the only thing that happened was me being told that I needed to keep my receipts and that the secretary no longer worked there. They lost my lease and tried to make me sign again for a longer

I have waited two months for a stove. Ours where we are renting from them doesnt properly work nor has anyone came out to look at it. I was told to wait 6weeks for a part that is still on back order. No one returns phone calls alex the manager is unprofessional she hasnt called me back one time she said she would. It took them 3 weeks to finish painting the apartment they saod jad been renovated. I would not rent from them at all they have done bad business since we moved in not to mention i pay rent on time and get along with all my neighbors. As an owner who hired them, I can say they are trying but nonetheless it has been 6 months since we purchased a quadplex and last I heard they still haven't placed tenants. They took a really long time to evict tenants and turn the units. It's really not an ideal situation as the property bleeds money.
Will update this review as things develop.
Update 7/9/19: Hired them in mid November '18, and 8 months later, they've only turned 3 of the units. One just had work done on it to make rent ready two weeks ago. I could have never imagined it going this poorly. I think I might have been better off

Myself and two other family members have rented from them about the same time. I would not recommend renting from them. They go through employees like a revolving door, the main manager is rude. We were there nearly 8 months, they went through 4 assistants. The cannot keep up with anything -dates or paper work, etc- they won't work with you after hours at all for the working folks, it's like trying to pull teeth to get someone to work on anything that needs fixed and when they do, they don't care if your home or not with no notice.
