I have been working with Lori for over 5 years now, since the 2016 Olympic Year, and she has been such a huge part of why I have been able to be successful on the world stage as a track athlete. Through multiple different injuries over the years including a foot surgery in 2020, Lori has so much attention to detail, experience, and creativity when she is treating me or developing a rehab plan.
Lori is unique in that she truly assesses the whole body during sessions in order to treat the pain-point better... because after all the body is complicated and oftentimes where we have pain isn't the true

Lori is PT #5 for a very persistent hip and shoulder problem. She listened well and responded like she heard me. Lori puts more of herself and her expertise to work than any of the other 4 working on this problem. I have finally begun to heal! She expects a lot from her patients, but if you want to make progress, you have to invest the time and effort to get there. She clearly explains the exercises and checks to make sure that you do them correctly. Her feedback has been clear and effective!

Lori, the PT, is obviously very knowledgeable, but was of no help to me. Also very unresponsive; on three separate occasions I requested a written description of what she would describe as my issues to that I would know what to ask my massage therapist to work on and I received nothing. On the third attempt I basically offered to pay her for it by cutting our appointment short for her to scribble something out, to which she said it was no problem and not to worry about that, and I still received nothing.
I asked for a recommendation on orthotics and what I would actually need to request there

I've spent years (and years) in PT as a swimmer with shoulder issues and I've seen first-hand the HIGH variance in quality of methodology used at different PT centers.
If you're looking for a physical therapy office where there are high number of therapist and lots of clients everywhere on the floor and you spend most of your session sitting in a chair rubbing ice on your injury while flirting with the cute guy or girl next to you, or playing tetris on your phone while getting ultrasound, or riding a hand bike while your therapist works with other patients, you will be sorely disappointed
