Each of our 10 FIT stations will challenge members in a positive and encouraging environment. Improving cardio, core, strength, balance and overall well-being. It takes 4 weeks for you to notice your body changing, 8 weeks for your friends to notice and 12 weeks for the rest of the world to see a difference.

Our trainers will customize your workout to fit your fitness level from beginner to serious athlete. We want to help all clients get in the best shape of their life and make every member a success story! In fact, we change our routine daily for maximum results so no matter your experience, it will always be new and challenging.
You will also receive TKO FIT Hand Wraps for wrist support and comfort. When you arrive, our trainers will teach you how to wrap your wrists for added protection. You will gain access to our online community, blog posts, and articles all dedicated to helping you eat right for the body you want. You will learn key principles for burning body fat and building lean muscle.
Many gyms and training facilities fail to incorporate proper nutrition as a key factor in getting the results you want. This is often due to a lack of knowledge and resources. Whether your wanting to lose weight, gain muscle, or just optimize your results, a calorie-conscious balanced diet is the ticket to success.

If I could give 10 stars I would!!! Tony and his crew are awesome. They are so focused on each individual that comes in, and are committed to working with each person no matter their needs. I love the format and workout. If you are a person with limited time and want outstanding results this gym is for you! No class times, just show up and the workout is 35 minutes with trainers. It is also fun! You get to learn how to punch and kick! They have done amazing things with their members and can with you too!

This review is long over due, I have been coming here for a little over a year now and I love it! As a busy mother of 4, juggling two jobs and school, this place allows me to get 2-3 hours worth of gym time in only 35 minutes. There isn't set class time, which works well with my busy schedule because this allows me to pop in whenever I want. The workouts are challenging and the trainers are awesome as well. I have been able to lose stubborn post-baby weight that I have not been able to lose on my own in 4 years! This place is awesome, would highly recommend!

I've been going here for about a month and I love it. There are no class times which makes it super convenient to drop in when I have time. It's a 35 minute circuit that will challenge any fitness level. The trainers are skilled and friendly and helpful by modifying exercises if needed. They are on top of their game. Patrick is the best! You can try the first class free. Do it!

Joining TKO Fitness is one of the best decisions I've made! My husband and I decided we wanted to get back into shape but didn't want to join a typical gym and needed something that would fit in with our schedules. TKO was the answer. We love that there aren't set class times and that we can go in anytime, workout for 35 minutes, and get a full, intense workout. And as first timers, Jesse is incredibly patient and awesome at showing us the ropes. Bottom line, this place is awesome!

TKO will enhance your life not only with fitness but everything in general especially mental toughness. Life can be very challenging and based off of TKO's program I have an "I CAN" attitude. Looking forward to seeing what the future holds for TKO and my time there!! The gym itself and coaching staff are "priceless". Erina has helped personally train me and, I promise, if results are what you are looking, results are what you will get, TENFOLD!!
