Live stronger & longer with customized high intensity weight training from Personal Trainer Tony Medeiros in Tracy, CA. Strength training, also known as weight or resistance training, will improve muscular fitness by exercising a specific muscle or muscle group against external resistance, including free-weights, weight machines, or your own body weight.

It will benefit your heart, improve your balance, strengthen your bones, and help you lose weight all while making you look and feel better. No matter where you are in your fitness level, I will help you find the fight amount to start with and we'll build from there. Tony's fitness journey started in 2005 after his mom began what would be a multi-year roller coaster of health issues. For years he cared for her and was inspired to learn more about health and wellness. In 2009, he became a certified personal trainer. While he would give his mom advice, he never sat down with a solid game plan as he was providing to his clients.

Tony is amazing! I have worked with personal trainers before but he by far is the best! He motivates you and work with your goal. I have been working with him for 4 months now and I have lost over 10 inches over all in my body!!

I wish I could give one million stars to this gym. Tony is amazing!!!!!! He is very encouraging, understanding, motivational and a very nice human being. I am planning to staying there forever. I have become much stronger since I started. Tony has classes throughout the day with flexible times. Most of the gyms don't work with child care or daily family hustle but Tony makes it work for us. Work outs are amazing and affordable. I am mentally and physically stronger. Check it out if you have not yet!!! You will not regret it... I wish I knew about this place sooner...

Hiring Tony to coach me to my physique goals has been the best move I made for my over health and physique. I started overweight little to no energy and just not happy with what I was seeing in the mirror. Tony is a fantastic trainer. He is encouraging and doesn't let you give up. If there is an exercise that I could not do, he modified it very quickly for me so I didn't miss a beat. He makes the workouts fun. Since I started working out with Tony, I've lost over 12.5 inches, am stronger , have more energy, and hbetter balance. Thanks, Tony!!!

I had such a great experience with Tony! I have not been able to be consistent during COVID , and still Tony has has been so encouraging with his texts, follow up and videos on Facebook. He is a true fitness leader and clearly committed to helping his clients achieve optimal success.

Tony is a really great trainer. My husband has been going to Tony for over a year, he always gets a great workout every time. Tony has been really helpful in working with tough schedules, he has helped him meet his health goals and really pushes him to keep going. What makes him worthy of a 5 star Yelp review is not just because of his technique and knowledge in personal fitness but Tony really invests in his clients to ensure they get where they want to be. I've been working out with Tony for approximately seven months. I'm a 58-year-old woman and my main goal was to avoid all of the aches, pains and limitations the go along with getting older.
I had 2 lower back surgeries in my early 40s and I knew if I didn't take care of my core, I was going to continue to have problems. Tony has kept me focused and motivated while constantly discussing nutrition and since that time I've lost 13 lbs and 14.5 inches.
I'm stronger and feel fabulous!

My wife started training with Tony a few months ago and she comes home with a big smile saying "I feel so much younger and stronger". She says it's a feeling she hasn't had in years. Tony is a tough yet motivating trainer. Just try him for a few weeks and watch your endurance increase along with your muscles.

Tony is an awesome trainer. His classes are small so he can focus on you and show you proper form; which is very essential to a great workout, which provides. He also supplies you with nutritional guides and asks what your goals are to help you achieve them. Tony also personalizes workouts for his clients who have injuries. If you are looking for a place to train he is your guy. He is kind, caring and wants his clients to have a healthy lifestyle to enjoy life to the fullest.

Rave for Tony's Flex & Fitness in Tracy!!! First let me say I hate working out...you sweat and stink and then sore the next day however Tony makes it fun. I have knee injuries, back issues and a shoulder injury so I'm a hot mess and he's worked with all my limitations and has helped me to strengthen my muscles around my injuries so I'm able to do more and an added bonus get my skinny on...so if you're like me and hate to work out and would like a great trainer I highly recommend him!!! ‍‍‍‍

Tony Medeiros is an AWESOME trainer! I started a couple months ago and have seen amazing results. Tony first met with me to help pinpoint my goals, and he created a customized work out and nutrition plan to help me achieve my goals. Like he always says, consistency is key and he really empowered me to stay focused. Tony commits to help you, in the gym and out. When I went on vacation he put together a custom plan so I wouldn't lose momentum. He also gave me additional work outs I could do at home when battling a cold outside of the gym. There is nothing more to say other than Tony is THE BEST! I started seeing Tony last year before my wedding and he helped me lose 25 lbs. He's a hands on trainer with small class sizes, and really helps you dial in your nutrition to see amazing results. If you're looking to get in to shape, I highly recommend Tony.
