An amazing place to stay. Great veiw. Walkable distance from beach and stores. Excellent service. Anytime i needed anything or asked questions staff did everything promptly. Out door pool with privacy fence was perfect could lay there and tan while kids swam. Overall perfect place and will definitely stay there again.

If I could leave ZERO stars I would: We booked a 3 night stay through Booking.com and the pictures looked amazing. Let me say we upgraded to the kitchenette room for $10 a night more. When we arrived the manager was very rude and acted like he was confused. The maintenance guy told us that the manager likes to act confused or does not understand...and gets his rocks off by arguing with the tenants that stay there. The room was nasty to put it mildly yet professionally for a review. We were in room #105 and the a/c leaked non-stop, there was food on the floor along with dead bugs. The kitchenette

Guy at the front desk was friendly but he charged me $30 more when I got there than what he quoted me on the phone. Wish I would have said something because the room we got was not worth $312.
Seemed “clean” but did not smell like it at all. And there was dirt in the bathroom and hair still in the bathtub + mold on the shower curtain. Plus there was a huge hole in the bathroom door that someone did a poor job patching.
The walls are also PAPER THIN, we could hear literally everything going on in all the rooms around us and on the street, and we were on the ground floor and the person above

It was terrible experience; moreover I DO not recommend this place. Stay away from here. They have a really great location, and prices 40% less than their competitors, but Do NOT let them trick you. You better spend more money but for a better place to stay. Especially if you decided to stay at this area more than one night .

I want to preface this by saying I usually stay in a condo so that was my expectation. That was my fault. Initially I was going to give this place a bad review but the longer I stayed the more I appreciated it. This is not a condo. This is a 2 star hotel. At first glance it was rough I’ll admit. It is not the owner’s fault homeless people hang out nearby. They hang out all over the place near the boardwalk. It is not the owner’s fault other guests were messy and left trash everywhere or were loud. The staff cleaned things up everyday. There was a nice refrigerator and microwave in our room
