Services
A session may last from 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the condition being addressed and how many lymphatic areas are to be treated. MLD is much different than massage and uses very light pressure as lymph vessels are superficial, located in the subcutaneous layer of the skin. The therapist follows the lymphatic pathways, pushing fluid towards the next lymph node station.
If you don't have access to the internet, please let me know and we can fill out the paperwork before your session. This intake will help me better understand your health and goals. It will also allow me to rule out certain techniques that may cause further complications. I do not share any of your information with any third-parties.

I've been going here for over a year now for massages and I love it. I always feel so rejuvenated after getting massages by Crystal, she is AMAZING. I like to purchase package deals from her, which is explained on her website, because it saves me $5-11 PER massage (depending on the package). I usually get a Deep Tissue massage, but she also offers Swedish, Prenatal, Myofascial, Reflexology, Aromatherapy, Stretching & Reiki. She told me that she applies Reiki whenever she does massages and that's probably why I always feel so refreshed and renewed at the end. I highly recommend her services! 10

This was exactly what I needed! Crystal was amazing!!! I've had other massages, but I have never left a place feeling as relaxed as I did leaving here.
I know that my neck/shoulders have been really tense and lower back as well so I had mentioned that to Crystal before she started on the massage.
After during and after my massage, I could definitely tell that she hit all of the spots that were needed which is amazing!
I can't wait to be back!!
