Services
I started back in 2003, when I completed the therapeutic massage therapy program at National University of Health Sciences. Over the years I've worked in a variety of spas, doctor's offices, and gyms. I learned a lot in that time and love to share my knowledge with others. In 2012 I decided it was time I set out on my own and start my own practice.
Cupping massage is a method of using gentle vacuum pressure to loosen adhesions, and lift connective tissue. This is a great option for those who want to focus on specific muscle groups. Can be very intense and deep work. Prenatal massage shares many of the goals of regular massage - to relax tense muscles, ease sore spots, improve circulation and mobility, and just make you feel good.
Studio 311 Suites is located at 311 S. Main St., Lombard, IL 60148. There is a private parking lot behind the building that you can access via Ash St. Feel free to park in the Studio 311 reserved parking spaces and come in the rear entrance of the building. I understand that "life" happens and sometimes clients need to cancel appointments.

Michelle is awesome!! I cannot say enough good things about her. I went to her for cupping due to severe myofascial trigger points in my neck, shoulders, and upper back. Nothing was getting them to release until I made an appt with Michelle. And I have had physical therapy, dry needling, you name it.
From the moment I walked in, she was so welcoming and professional. She listened to me explain my problem areas. And then she got to work. By the time I went back for my second treatment, they were already loosening and I was sleeping better at night. She has helped me so much. So thankful for her

Absolutely phenomenal!! I selected the 2 hr cupping massage after having a good experience with cupping at my previous acupuncturist. Michelle really was attuned to my body almost immediately. I have had massage therapy for many years and Michelle's found my trouble spots immediately as if I've known her forever. I would highly recommend....unless you are looking for a massage at the same time I am. ;)
