Did a walkthrough with Jose for a couple locations but NEVER heard back about moving forward and paying a deposit on a store front. I tried emailing several times, including the day of and the day after the look through wanting to make offers/sign papers but was ignored. This is weeks later now with absolutely no follow up. Very poor customer service and I will most definitely be taking my money elsewhere.

TJ is awesome. If you need to find commercial property to purchase or rent or you are looking to rent out a commercial property you own I highly recommend TJ. He has been in the industry his whole life and he learned the business from his father. Talk about an expert in his field and not to mention he is an honest all round great guy
