I cannot RAVE enough about Monica! Wow...As a first time buyer, I was nervous, unsure & uncertain about what I was looking for. Monica was always so gracious, patient & positive with me. We have a 'unique' rental that Monica manages. It has some quirks that require a truly strong and capable manager to handle the unit, the odd tenants it attracts as well as me.... an absentee owner. She gets on me when something needs to be addressed, makes proactive recommendations, and remains strong when the tenant gets difficult. I also love her communication style.... fast and direct!
