One of the most unprofessional, unreliable, and untrustworthy people I have dealt with in this industry. Communication and responsiveness are key in any RE transaction, and in my experience, she lacked both. I was lied to (multiple times), left in the dark, manipulated, and in the end disappointed. I would not trust Heidi Hazelwood or Launch Real Estate.

I don’t think I have had a worse experience selling a home that with Cara Dankberg and Connie Edelman. I listed my home in Scottsdale but I’m located out of state. Connie treats you like your a 10 year old while speaking to you. More then 5 times I had to inform them to stop sharing my private information with the family member living at the home. They would literally ask him about moving up closing dates, repairs, showings. My wife and I are the owners and made them aware many many times.

You could improve with customer service with your employees! I had the worst experience with Jenn Rahn. she kept texting me rude messages to the point that I told her to stop or I would contact the police. I… can show proof of the text messages! I would not recommend anybody doing business with this company. I messaged over 12 hours ago asking for her supervisor's name and number and no one responded. obviously this behavior is accepted! don't put yourself through the abuse that I had to endure.

Everyone has a friend or relative that has a real estate license and it’s a hard decision to make when selling a home. For us, it came down to not mixing friends/family with personal matters, but I never really understood the difference between an agent with experience vs that friend/relative.
