Years ago, I was continually coming across older homes in our Central Valley area with crawlspaces that had extremely small openings to access them or extremely low overall heights which made crawling them extremely tough or in some cases potentially dangerous. This was about the time when drones were starting to become popular and we started using one for non-accessible roofs.
A home inspection protects you, gives you knowledge about your home, and helps you make good decisions about one of the biggest purchases most of us ever make in life. We offer professional 4-point inspections - either with a home inspection, or as a stand-alone service. A 4-point inspection (often referred to as simply an insurance inspection) is often requested by homeowners insurance companies before a homeowner/buyer can obtain insurance, or renew their current policy.
Thermal imaging is a very important part of our home inspections. Through thermal imaging we are able to find things that other inspectors may miss. Through the use of thermal imaging, we are able to show our clients important aspects of their home. These can show important issues and needed improvements that you would want to know about.

Baker Inspection Group has the most complete, clear, and thorough home inspections. Expect them to take 2+ hrs. but also expect views of your attic space and crawl space, and a very complete report. Scott is kind and communicates clearly, and they have great pest inspection partners. Use who you will, but I will only be requesting Baker Inspection for my personal home inspections in the future. Thank you for your great work (and saving my buyers in the long run!)

Scott really took his time to do a thorough inspection of the house. He was very meticulous and professional in all aspects. He took his time to explain all of his observations to us and answer all of our questions. When we received the written report, the online platform was easy to access and high tech. He had some panoramic pictures, videos, and red arrows pointing exactly to the spots we was reporting on. We highly recommend Baker Inspection Group for anyone wanting to put their mind at ease in the inspection process!

Baker Inspection Group performed an inspection on the home I was buying 1 year ago. He was extremely thorough and gave a detailed report to me at the end. He was very professional and walked me through the entire report. After living in the house for a year I can confirm he found absolutely everything that needed fixing. I honestly cannot praise the service enough.
This was my second home and while purchasing my first I got a short check off sheet of things the inspector looked at and that was it. That was not the case with Baker, he took pictures and extensive notes documenting any find.

They have a nice online process to get started and get the reporting quickly. In addition to this the detail in the inspection was thorough and they took extra time to make sure everything was captured. We have a great report to track our corrections needed. The were also available quickly so I was able to keep on our schedule.

Scott and the pest control inspector were both fantastic. Showed up on time (actually early) and did not take long at all. Provided a very detailed inspection and explained it very well. Also, after checking around for pricing and availability he was hands down the best value. Would highly recommend.

We were first time home buyers and feel very fortunate to have chosen Baker Inspection Group (B.I.G.) for our inspection service. Scot was very thorough and comprehensive in his inspection, as well as being punctual and very professional. He explained his findings at completion in simple terms and with pictures of the findings. We then received a very thorough, detailed, and interactive report within 24 hours. He also took the time and effort to come back out to inspect the electric box that was previously inaccessible because of a large active hornets nest. We would highly recommend this company
