Services
Inspection fees are based on the square footage of the building and can be paid by VISA or MasterCard through PayPal invoicing, an escrow account or by customer check. When payment is made on the day of the inspection with "green money" cash the customer receives a discount. Detached garages, shops or outbuildings are an additional $35 each to cover the additional time to inspect.
Rick did such a wonderful job inspecting a home we were in escrow on. He was personable, knowledgable, thorough and patient as he explained both his report and tips for caring for the home. I would HIGHLY recommend Rick Daniel! Rick was very thorough in his inspection, and very knowledgeable. He provided us with detailed information regarding every aspect of the house and any concerns.
When can I get an inspection done? A. We conduct an average of two inspections per day, Tuesday through Saturday. Our morning inspection begins at 9 am and the afternoon inspection begins at 2 pm. Other arrangements can be made to accommodate the specific scheduling requirements of our clients including Sundays, Mondays and holidays if needed.

Rick is a wonderful property inspector! He is funny, personable, thorough, and we received our inspection report quickly! Most importantly, he took the time to explain all of his findings I detail. Rick is amazing thorough. I’ve asked him to inspect two homes I was thinking of purchasing. The first one had many small problems, but one very big one. I passed on that one.
The second had a few minor problems. I was happy knowing it was in good shape.

Rick did a home inspection for me recently. He was very detail-oriented and thorough, and was willing to walk through his report with me and answer any questions I had, plus tell me things that are actually important, versus things typical for a home that's not brand new. Rick did a pre-purchase inspection on our cabin in Cold Springs in 2014. He was so thorough and helpful! I've actually kept the inspection and referred to it several times since then. Rick performed the home inspection for a single family residence that we're owner financing to our tenants. To err is human. But, Rick is a professional and thorough home inspector. He's fair and fast. Will go out of his way to make sure you're happy and informed. It's never a one-time transaction with this guy, you'll be a VIP client of Rick's for life (by choice).

When my husband and I were buying a home, our realtor recommended Rick Daniel as our home inspector. Thanks to his thorough and critical skills, we averted a big mistake and did not buy the first property. Rick spent a full 7 hours crawling around that house, revealing many problems for which the sellers would not compensate. Fortunately, the second property was in much better shape. Still, Rick found some areas of concern. This time the seller was happy to do the repairs. We expect to close soon, and are grateful to Rick for his good work and fair prices.
