Kary Stevens is one of the best in the business! He doesn't just walk through with a clip board and give you a cookie-cutter inspection. He is thorough and is never in a rush. Kary understands the buying/selling process and really does put everyone at ease.

Six years ago, Kary saved us from a home purchase that would have made the house in the movie "money pit" look affordable and in good repair. All I can say is, "WOW!". Very thorough and close attention to details. The best part is that Eric was patient, eager to allow us time to understand the expectations of the inspection and was kind enough to repeat himself when my husband showed up towards the end of the walk through. The report is easy to read and understand. Though I am in the process of buying my forever home, I will recommend At Ease to all of my family and friends. Kary did a fantastic job inspecting our future-house! Friends have had inspectors who rushed through their inspection, but Kary took the time to inspected each part of the house, inside and out, thoroughly (even though it's the middle of the summer and the air conditioner didn't work).
Kary's explanations were all very clear and helpful – I have a good sense of what needs to be fixed right away and what can wait.
