They were easy to schedule with, offered refreshments when I arrived, and my hair looks SO great. Nicole explained each product she used and why it worked which was very helpful.
I also liked the before and after photos that they did. Such an amazing experience! I find myself extremely fortunate to have had Launch Salon be a part of my wedding day. The team was informative, friendly and accommodating, especially when working with a slew of bridesmaids. They listened to my needs and worked with me to create an incredible look!

We combine old school customer service with new school trends. It's about leaving people better than how we found them.
Does Launch host? Yes! We love to host. We provide coffee, water, and a table space for you to set up any snacks or drinks you would like to bring to celebrate. Does the down payment to save my date go towards the total cost of the day of? Your down payment covers both travel and your trials. If you plan on having us do your hair at Launch, we do not include mileage within your down payment.

Salon personnel verbally stated they do not feel qualified to provide service to all quests. Please check with the receptionist upon booking any appointments to see if you are the type of guest they have the skill set to provide haircuts to. While I thank salon personnel for their honesty, it leads one to question why the Launch don’t have client specifications and terms of service on their website. Thank you for all you do on the clients you are able to serve.

Launch is the absolute best! I've been going for a couple of years now and Rachel is a total rockstar and so, so gifted at what she does (plus she is the sweetest human!) The whole team is so passionate and driven and always striving to learn more and be the best in their field. The salon itself is super cozy and inviting! Every time I go in I feel so welcome and pampered. They also did my hair and my bridal party for my wedding and were phenomenal. Always recommend them!

This is the first year I have routinely had my hair cut/colored every 6-8 weeks. The other 32 years of life I only went to a salon once every nine months. Rachel does a great job, listens to my asks, gives her opinion, and is always all in! She explains the “why” which I love. Top notch, Rachel. Top notch.

I've tried a few different salons in GR and Launch is BY FAR the best. I love going from one extreme to the next. Every time I have visited a salon I would literally tell them "Do what you want!". I have always left disappointed and with an average, safe haircut. When I first went to Launch (about a year ago), I told Rachel that she could go all out! She was the first stylist with ideas for the visit AS WELL AS future visits. She started with my dark, boxed dyed, red hair and we slowly went to blonde, to pink, and now blue! I've never felt so at home and respected as I have at Launch! They take
