Just had a fantastic Swedish massage by Crystal Brower at Profile Salon and Spa. She made sure to ask all the right questions to make ensure I had a great experience. She asked about what areas I have the most issues with, let me choose a sent for my skin and what oil worked best for me. Crystal was careful to make sure I knew what was coming next and created a warm, relaxed and pleasant environment. Her communication skills were most beneficial as I have painful areas and she worked with me to make sure I received the most out of her massage but didn't have to so so painfully. I will be returning

I came in today to use my Groupon for a 1 hour massage with Alicia. It was a great deal for an excellent service! The room was private with a nice ambiance, including calming music, warm blankets, and a water feature.
Alicia was very professional and knew exactly what muscles to target to help create relaxation and to relieve tension. She also included a body scrub and hot towels in her massage service, both of which were unexpected! Her attentiveness to preferred pressure levels and massage techniques was top notch. The salon is pleasant enough and the staff is friendly, but the toilet in the bathroom hadn't been cleaned in a while.
I asked for a french tip Shellac manicure - I got something close to that in the end. The woman said she'd never done a french tip with Shellac before so the manicure took about an hour longer than it should have. I left with uneven white tips and white polish all over my fingers.
I don't know how well they do for haircuts, but if you're looking for a good manicure, I'd look elsewhere.
