I have been going to see Dr. Kelly Kreeb for 16 years! I would never think of going to another dentist. My family are also her clients! We moved away from Huntersville 14 years ago but drive 30 minutes to their office because they are the best. Kelly is exceptionally professional and caring, and so are the staff and hygienists. We trust her completely! She has also helped us find the best Orthodontist that fit my daughter’s needs.

Our family loves Kreeb Family Dentistry. After moving to NC 13 years ago and not knowing where to go for our families dental needs & other people had recommended Dr. Kelly and Dr. Brian, we figured let’s try them. Here we are 13 years later and couldn’t be happier. They have a friendly staff, all the dental hygienists and dental assistants are so friendly and compassionate and Dr. Kelly and Dr. Brian are the absolute best. Dr. Kelly explains everything and makes me feel at ease & as comfortable as possible, coming from a person who has extreme anxiety going to the dentist. They never disappoint

We have been patient of Dr. Kelly and Dr. Brian for years and couldn’t be more pleased! Not only are the doctors kind, good listeners but the entire staff is very attentive. This practice works really hard if there is an emergency to quickly get the patient in and treated. And Dr. Kelley has done some incredible restorative work that has been complemented multiple times but other dentists and dental specialists.

Loveeeee this place! Everyone is so nice and personable and they remember you. I’ve been going here for about 4 years now and Dr. Kelly has kept up with my entire life and accomplishments. It’s wonderful being an actual patient and not just a number. Also, they take their time and are very gentle with your teeth. Dr. Kelly and her dental hygienist team are very honest as well. I am very new to Charlotte however my brother has been going to Kreeb Dentistry for a long time and spoke highly of it. I had a crown fall out and was able to schedule an appointment the next day. I got very lost trying to find the place however a very nice woman (Becky I believe) got me there. I was late however. My fault. I noticed while filling out my paperwork that people were coming in and quickly being taken in. When the doctor came into to see me, she was so apologetic about me having to wait. I found Kreeb Family Dentistry by going through my insurance company's website. Dr. Kreeb is very polite and thorough. I was pleasantly surprised when he said I didn't have any cavities. It had been a while since I had had a cleaning so my gums were sore when I left but that was my own fault. They did a great job following COVID protocol. This was my first visit and they were recommended by several people. the office was cheerful as well as all the employees. I felt very safe. I have had issues with my teeth for years so I was not looking forward to the visit. Dental services provided by Bryan Kreeb are fine. However be careful regarding your insurance. I have a PPO plan through Met Life that covers cleanings, x-rays, etc., 100%. Prior to the appointment, I talked to the scheduler at Kreeb who told me that Kreeb accepted Met Life, that Kreeb was a Met Life provider and that cleanings would be covered under my PPO plan. After having dental service preformed I kept getting bills from Kreeb. Met Life said they would only pay what "was reasonable" and Kreeb over billed for services. This is a great practice form cosmetic, cleaning, general denistry, and special services. The staff is great from the time you walk in the front door to seeing one of the kreebs and being on your way.
