We accept cash, personal checks, and most major credit cards. Our office accepts nearly all major insurance plans. Even though dental insurance is a private arrangement between you and your company, we will file your claim, handle all the paperwork, and help you get maximum insurance benefits. Ask us about our easy financing options such as Care Credit, an interest-free, flexible monthly payment plan you can apply for right in our office.

Upon having head trauma and bone degeneration my oral surgeon sent me here for a permanent tooth. everything went great and once it was over i had a tooth that required emergency root canal. Dr Miller and his entire team has diagnosed every thing correctly and his staff has been very accommodating from the paperwork to the crown. I highly recommend there service. Everyone here seems to have a great work ethic and happy which makes the customer feel welcome and at ease.

Wow! We continue to be impressed with this practice. For our daughter to say that she loves this place is a testament to the entire team. My wife asked me to write a review because she had already done so last year. She found the most recent experience to be excellent from the moment they entered. The front desk staff is outstanding! Christine, the dental hygienist, was extra supportive and encouraging, making our daughter feel comfortable and less anxious. I’ve been to many dentists recently and none compare to Dr. Chad Paterra. I absolutely love him and I’m so pleased to have him as my dentist. He’s thorough, kind, understanding, and professional. I first came to his office for an emergency crown repair. Having just moved to Huntersville, I had not established a dentist but a week before closing on my house I cracked a crown in half and was lucky to find his practice close by my community. The front desk staff is kind and helpful and the office environment is beautifully appointed...it's a spa retreat with large glass windows to view nature while in the exam room to help calm nerves. Equipment is state of the art and, by all appearances, is well maintained and visibly clean.
I'm now a regular patient

WOW! I was so incredibly nervous about my appointment that I almost cancelled it. I am so happy I went. Vilma did the most outstanding job calming my nerves and cleaning my teeth. She was so patient, gentle, professional and knowledgeable. I expressed my areas of concern to her and she helped address them as well as provide insight on getting on the right path to healthier teeth (and gums!) with no judgment. This dentist office is great. Beautiful, private building set back in a wooded area. The lobby feels like a spa with a water feature and rich wood/stonework. The waiting area also has built-in tablet computers and coloring books for the kids. The process to become a new patient was easy and was facilitated by their easy-to-use customer web portal. They provided a written estimate for my first cleaning and x-rays before I even saw the dentist. They were true to their word and on schedule. The hygienist and dentist were both excellent and very gentle. Highly recommend!
