The staff were welcoming and very efficient with my appointment. They ensured that I understood the diagnosis and the dental plan. The billing process and explanation of what would be covered.and the amount not covered, was patiently explained and questions were welcomed. First, the office staff at the Huntersville Location, especially the financial team was very caring and professional yet, knowledgeable, patient and helpful from my initial call. I was hurting when I called the first time as they were able to work me in. This dentist office is extremely unprofessional. I spent an hour and 40 minutes at this dentist office and still did not get my teeth cleaned because it was my "new patient visit." While I was waiting to get my teeth cleaned, the dentist was trying to sell me toothbrushes, fillings, special toothpaste, and a retainer. I do not have bad teeth by any stretch. No cavities, gum disease, nothing. Do not go to this dentist.

Very poor experience and unprofessional I scheduled my appointment a month out, spoke to the front office the week prior when I had not received my patient paperwork yet. The front desk person realized someone had my email entered wrong and updated it. I got the email instantly and sent paperwork back same day. Confirmed my appointment when I received the text within 30 minutes of getting the message and then even got a text reminder of my appointment the night before…. And guess what happens they cancelled my appointment saying they couldn’t get in touch with me!?! No missed calls or voicemails

What an amazing place and staff! My son William Nelson was so nervous about going and everyone made him feel so welcome and relaxed. By far hands down the best customer service experience received at any dental practice. The staff were so patient, warm, caring and friendly. Jasmine, who answers the phone, is absolutely the best! Her warm friendly voice was so welcoming and she took the time to answer all my questions and never rushed. Highly recommend Fresh Dental to everyone!!

From the office staff (Angelica) the DH’s (both Jamie and Tyler) and Dr Ganglani are so friendly, patient and sympathetic. I’m terrified of the dentist and the office is bright and clean and they have good music, it’s nice and chilly. They explain everything about my multi appt procedures step by step each visit. And I would highly recommend anyone terrified of going to the dentist, let them know and let them take care of you. My husband also goes and said Lisa was also wonderful.

We had a pleasant experience with Dr. Patel and his staff today at FreshDental in Concord. I was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Kimmie was very patient with me and spend a lot of time and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Patel is very professional and has a naturally lovely personality. He takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice. I highly recommend Dr. Patel and his staff.
