I love coming here with my bf. We always get the best and most filling food for the price. And the cooking reminds me of my abuela I love it☺️

We are so disappointed with the service we received today. Our food took 40 minutes to come out. We were a party of 10 but we saw two other large parties who came in after us get their food in a timely manner. They weren’t apologetic, just full of excuses. The food was okay when it finally came out (by cheap texmex standards expected from them). It took another twenty minutes for them to bring the check and another ten for us to pay. At that point they new we were agitated and the “manager” had an attitude. Super disappointing and we won’t be returning.

Omg. The food here was so delicious. Compliments to the chef. Food here took me back to my childhood. You will not leave unsatisfied. Everyone must try..

Good spot for solid Mexican food. I had the carne asada and it was tasty but little overdone. The chips and salsa and cheese dip are on point. The ribs are also pretty good.

The chip and green sauce were 9 out of 10. The red was 5 out of 10 it tasted like tomato puree. It in my opinion would be better if they added mote javelin, water, garlic and some vinegar. Atmosphere was nice service good but pricy compared to molina, tia Maria's an la hacienda on memorial dr. I would consider this average.

Moreno's is a wonderful place to bring your family and friends to enjoy a lunch date or even a dinner date with the kids! You will be pleased by the highly skilled employees trained to cator to your needs!

Good tacos thank you. I ordered a tostada and they put the chicken on top and it was not very well shredded. I felt for the price of the tacos I should have had more meat.

In my 6 years of living between Houston to Galveston, finally found a restaurant that is Excellent in All Areas. Service, Food and More. The servers make sure you always have your cup filled, chips and salsa never low, fresh homemade flour tortillas. The portion size was well served. Food Taste and Texture was perfect. The rice was real mexican rice not like all other fakes other there. I would definitely come again.....

Moreno's is another great Mexican in the area and so far everything we've ordered has been great! Their fajitas and enchiladas and they also have a great selection of Margaritas! The service is always fast and very friendly!

We walked in to this restaurant not knowing what the food or service would be like, it had a nice decor and the music gave it a very nice feeling, I did notice they had a very large fish tank with only 2 fish we where seated right away, as their where not many people, but I could understand with COVID in all, they gave is complementary chips and salsa although their was one that looked like ranch but didn't really have taste to it but the other salsas where great (1) spicy (1) mild overall great you can really taste the herbs and spices really good in my opinion, I had street tacos (pastol

This was my first time going and it was a great experience! I would suggest getting the fajita plate it was very delicious! Waitress was very nice as well! Coming back soon!

Food is great always has been but the customer service is going way downhill. I used to call this place my home and only Mexican place I would eat because of great food and service but now they lost my business. During the check out process I had a $5 off/50% off coupon. It did not say on next visit so I tried to use it and the waiter said it has to be on the next visit. I explain to him that if it does not say that on the coupon then they have to let me use it. Our waiter was sick and sneezing/coughing terribly -- sounds like he's coughing up a lung. He was coughing into the air, I assume to keep from using his hands or sleeve (and therefore needing to wash his hands). I wanted to say something to the manager but my dining cohorts say it would be rude, despite one of them being a cancer patient and therefore with a weakened immune system. So when I was driving home I called and told the manager I noticed my waiter was sick and coughing on my food. Why do I even bother to try this place over? Because it is across the street. Terrible terrible terrible First no silverware or napkins, 2nd the sauces are BLAND and third the food is BLAND and disgusting. The enchiladas were like one glued together glob with again no flavor at all. The beans tasted canned too. I did not get rice so I don't know about that. Over the years we have tried them several times and are always disappointed due to either staff and/or food. I said I want enchiladas and nobody can really mess those up! Well NEVER AGAIN! Cannot figure out how this restaurant is still in business. Worst Mexican food in a 20 mile radius. Fajita beef is horrible, .... tough and chewy. Drinks are weak. Everything Is overpriced. And, the waiters can't get the orders correct. Must be the location. If I was in the Mexican restaurant business, I would build one right across the street. With so many better options within minutes, it amazes me that this place is still open.

This place is always packed with people & I cannot figure out why. The chips aren't even very good. Salsa lacks taste. The food is mediocre at best. It must be the alcohol; it's cheap & service is great!

Horrible! I can always find something good in a Mexican restaurant, but this place left me with a plate full of food at the end of our meal. The waiter didn't even seem to take notice to the fact that I took three bites and stopped eating. I was hoping to find another option in the area but it looks like I'll have to stick to the ones that I know are reliable and affordable. Definitely not worth the price for the quality Taste of the food.

Pretty nice Mexican restaurant for the area. Waiters are nice and attentive. Salsas and chips are fresh if not outstanding. The plates are all a good size and tasty. Our party had the shrimp fajitas, cheese enchiladas, queso flameado with fajita, and the #29 combination plate. All the the dishes were fresh and out. Nothing out of the world flavor wise but all good plates nonetheless.

Good Mexican food, but nothing special. They have a big menu with more options than most Mexican places, which was a plus. Food came out fast. Everyone at our table enjoyed the food. The only down side about the experience was that the server was not very friendly. Other than that, it's a nice little place!
