If you have money to waste for false hope then they are for you, but then again it could have been the color of my skin what it really seems to be. So if your serious on finding a rental for your family don't bother all they do is gather up as many applicants fees for the same property use the funds from application fees to get house ready for actual tenants that they will be accepting. AND FYI most real agencies don't take applications fees unless your approve, when they take it before hand then know there doing the same game plan that Key properties.

If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. Listen to bad reviews saying to take LOTS of pictures when you move in. When you move out, they will rake you over the coals with charges for anything and everything imaginable. And dont count on getting your deposit back. That part of the other bad review is true too. Look elsewhere for a property to rent. I have never had a worse experience with any other property management company than I have had with Key Properties. These people leaving positive reviews must not have tried to move out yet.

As an owner, couldn't ask for a better Property Management Company to represent me. 5 STARS!
They show Great Ownership of their business with it's professional staff that is
very responsive to the tenants and owners. My units are slightly old and they manage it excellent for me. I always see them take over problems and repairs that would make me quit rentals if I had to handle it myself.
"Work is easy for those who don't have to do it" - which means I VALUE THEM GREATLY. Their fees are reasonable and crew of contractor tradesmen good workers that deliver the Product quickly and fairly priced

Will raise the rent regardless, will threaten to hit you with every penalty possible and walk through your home when they see fit or threaten to evict. Had a child get very sick and medical bills got to expensive and wasnt going to renew lease to find somewhere more affordable then the increase to 1765.00 they were increasing rent to. the last month they wanted to put a lock box on front door and have whoever whenever walk through the house to view it and I told them I didnt want that being I have a sick child staying home. They slapped a additional months rent on me and gave me a notice to vacate

This "property management company" is run like a government agency. My wife and I had the unfortunate experience of being tenets under this landlord's establishment. They care nothing for their tenets and only make fixes to their rental properties if it somehow benefits the landowner of said properties. Otherwise, good luck trying to get these jokers to get their maintenance crew out to your place to fix anything. You will be waiting weeks before anyone arrives. The Management associated with Key Properties is incompetent, inept, and slow to act on concerns from their customers.

Key Properties have always been great communicators. A person answers the phone during normal business hours.They do not rely on an automated system. Their system is very user friendly, for example when a maintenance issue is turned in through the tenant portal - a work order is issued to a vendor the same day. If you are a potential tenant looking for a rental or an owner looking for a management company call Key Properties.

Best management company we have ever done business with! We have been renting for a year with them and they are always super nice and they are always professional. When we send in maintenance requests they respond quickly and the issue is usually taken care of within a few days. Just a great company, I honestly don't have any complaints about them!

Warning! It may be an utter coincidence but myself and the other Tennant of the Fairhaven Dr house have had multiple issues with this house, property manager(Key Properties and Shirley), the landlord, and the maintenance crew they use. We were told that they have never had a problem with any of them in the past, but we had nothing but issues and regard all these parties as deplorable, despicable and dishonest.
I am skeptical of the fact that their ratings are either 1 or 5 stars and that employees of the company or relatives have left 5 start reviews...

I can not say enough great things about Key Properties. I am the owner of several properties and tried to self manage for a while. I found out quick I was in way over my head. Without knowing where to turn a friend referred me to the people at Key Properties. I called and spoke to Shirley - that was the best decision I made; I have never looked back since. If you are looking for a professional rental company, DO NOT rent from this Key Properties. They're horrible. I've lived in a rental house with my mother for over two years and they've barely fixed anything. The air conditioner barely works, the plumbing is horrible, the foundation has left cracks in the walls and the showers have broken tiles. We've called more than a hundred times to this company to get these things fixed and they only come out to fix it when we constantly pester them about things that have gone wrong.
