These guys are the best. Nichole knows her job and goes above and beyond. You start out thinking your buying their service and in reality she will save you so much time and money plus get a great tenant for you that pays on time and probably pays more than you would ask for. She will save you time and find better deals than you can find on your own. Paying for the service will actually put money back in your pocket.

I’m usually not one to complain about a person but the guy who usually answers the phone “Brian”is rude and unprofessional! Why? Because he clearly has no customer service skills and he’s rude because I call and ask questions, that’s what you’re there for not to think you’re superior !!! and they say they’ll call and they don’t why not just say you don’t qualify instead of beating around the bush !!!!

This property management sucks I do not recommend they never fix anything and when you call they never answer even if you leave a voicemail or text as well but when rent comes around they are quick to receive payment they are the most irresponsible Company I know I will not recommend anyone I know to go rent with this company . I am glad we moves out. If I could give a negative star I would .

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness
Rented from this slumlord about 7-8 years ago and they are the worst. My AC went out and I asked them to fix it and instead they evicted my family which included my 2 year old granddaughter.Unless you were Mexican they would either fix the problem right away or not at all. Tried to say I owed back all.

Critical: Professionalism
Norm one of the property manager's will screw you around if you're on Section 8. He will try to charge you The Max rent without letting you know. I've been renting from Sayland property for years and this is the worst experience I've had and will take action!!

I was a tenant of Sayland and after 4 years, they evicted me but failed to notify me. I had 20 minutes to gather what I could when the sheriff showed up. I was not allowed to retreive any if my property. They are disgusting. Illegal and should not be trusted. They stole everything including all my only child pictures and everything I worked for all my life. Avoid!

The rental market is already a tough thing to navigate for renters in this market. Let's not make it harder by not answering emails, messages, phone calls or whatever. Like the other reviewer's have said, this company does not respond and they have not responded to my requests for days and days now. I'm sure the owners of these properties would not be happy to know that the company they hired is not responsive.

If it wasnt for Brian i wouldnt have a place to stay. Hes helped in a lot of ways. All these negative reviews put a bad impression on the guy, hes not bad at all, it really is the way you approach someone. If youre genuine and cordial youll recieve the same if youre aggressive and rude well dont expect too much of a response. Imagine being treated like that and how youd respond? Were all human and we all have feelings. I honestly like sayland pm because of Brian. I submit my rent on the 3rd every month and hes very lenient if you speak with him, he listens and responds to late night texts or calls

Terrible property manager and security company. Someone parked in my parking stall last night. The towing company was not answering their phone and security told me to park in any parking stall and will make sure that my car will not get towed. The following morning I found my car towed and cost me $300. When I called the security company back they stated they do not service the condo complex which was not specified the night before I called them. When I called the property manager, he was not willing to help and told me it is my responsibility. He had no knowledge that the security company was

Sayland properties has Fast & speedy service! Never had an issue waiting too long to get something fixed. They have nice properties for a great value! Brian was really helpful with any questions we had during our walk through as well as our paperwork. Definitely would recommend renting your next home from them!

I really appreciate all the hard work and effort my PM Brian Ferguson has done to get my property stabilized and positive. This was after a very bad experience post closing from the agents (not Sayland) and other parties involved in my purchase literally dropped the ball and started off which was supposed to be a turn key, fully tenanted and smoothly running property - a nightmare from the beginning. It took a couple of years - but Brian and Sayland have it all going well now and I trust and feel confident in them. Brian even takes the effort to get to know all the tenants individually and knows

This place is TERRIBLE. For 2 weeks straight I emailed them about a property i was interested in & I kept getting an automated email saying "please apply for the interested property at our website" so i did which cost me $35. A week has gone by & Ive received 0 Emails back from them, I even tried to call their number & everything is automated I cant even get a live person. So I checked their site today & the property has been taken down & they never ran my credit. talk about SCAM. I will be contacting my CC company & filing a dispute on the charge & getting

Would never rent from this place again! Property Manager Brain Ferguson and Owner Shelby Dart have no business etiquette and never return phone calls. Left the place spotless and still took $155 out of my deposit but couldn't provide proof of what the money was spent on. Owner said once it's closed out its hard to return money? Whatever that means.

Had a mice problem but never dealt with the problem. Had to fix the holes in the cabinets myself and set up tons of mouse traps. Couldn't even eat in my place because I was so disgusted.

Did not return my deposit back in 21 days outline

THE WORST!!! I would highly recommend everyone using a management company that is professional and act as such. I think they forget that the customer is who you should make happy, I spoke to Susan a "manager" there. I have never had someone speak to me so smarmy, rude, and unprofessional. I cant believe a company like this can be in business, but it is what it is. Stay away, look for a good company that can communicate promptly, appropriately, and respectfully. I'm in shock, when you are sent emails, given calls, and are ignored, some type of sincerity is expected, instead you get

Had a property with them for 2 years. In that mean time they managed to charge me for a wood flooring replacement in the living room (they charged for wood flooring but actually put down sticky vinyl tile), they told me my dishwasher needed to be fixed, and charged me $350 (only to put in an old black dishwasher that didnt even work - ours used to be stainless). The renters destroyed the house. When I asked what kind of !#@$#@%^ up management company they were, they said the owner wasnt available....never returned my call. Stay away!!!!

Absolute worst! I'm sure part of the blame falls on the owner of the house, but there is just no way it's completely his fault. Sayland puts in LESS than the bare minimum. Everytime it rains, the complete back of our house floods. We've been trying to contact them about fixing this for over a year... Nothing. Every now and again, we can get them to fix someone small if we threaten to withhold rent. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Find another management company (but good luck with that as most are terrible). I used Sayland as my first sfr house manager 2007-09 and I got the impression that the owner did as little as possible to keep the place going - so that staff were very lackluster and unresponsive. I was overseas so was at their mercy for the year they had tenants in my house. They let the tenants become delinquent and then they finally to stopped paying altogether...manager didn't even know they had skipped, leaving a truly God-awful mess of my place. My partner moved in with me a year ago, and he put his house on the market as a rental at that time. A friend of mine who has a house rented with Sayland recommended this property management company to us, and so far we've been very pleased with the service.

Unlike other property management companies, Sayland doesn't charge a commission until and unless the property is actually rented. This gives Sayland a real incentive to get a renter in a property, which they did about six weeks have we hired them.

I'd highly recommend them to anyone who has a property to rent but who doesn
