I am a fourth generation Bigfork resident that graduated from Bigfork High School. I went on to study housing and Urban development from Antioch College where I received my B.A. degree. I started Valley Maintenance & Property Management in 1995 with my wife Serena. We have two sons 18 and 21. I'm a member of the Bigfork, Kalispell and Lakeside Chambers of Commerce.
We'll inspect your home's interior and exterior for security, damage and properly operating systems. We use a custom digital checklist with over 200 items, including humidity readings, utility checks, and water systems status. Updates and photos are e-mailed directly to you in a comprehensive customized report.

Go somewhere else. Shannon threatened me with legal action because she isn't familiar with real estate law. I had been renting from a local woman who turned out to be a nightmare landlord. One day i get a call from this company demanding I sign a NEW lease (already had one with the psycho landlord), to which i said absolutely not. I instead offered to vacate the premises if my deposit would be returned to avoid dealing with further tantrums, they returned roughly 1/3 of it.

As renters, we were very impressed with Valley Maintenance and our agent Shannon. We were moving from out of state to the area, and coming in blind basically. She kept us updated on the house, had it ready for us upon arrival and was very nice to talk to. The year we spent at the house was made pleasant by her. Moving out was simple and went very smoothly. She helped in any issues we had throughout our lease and was available to talk to or have come to the house when needed. I would recommend this company and especially Shannon to anyone seeking a home in their service areas around Flathead Lake

Incredible company but more incredible are the people in charge and working for them. We have been using their services for over 10 years and besides just "maintenance" have hired them for projects including central air, a ductless air conditioner in an out of the way room, refurbishing our boat house, renovating our dock among many other projects.
I have never had an issue with trust or a complaint about their services.
They are ALWAYS available for emergencies which is so important.
I give them my highest recommendation.

Met with Shannon to look at some rentals that were listed but none of them were a fit. She had a property that was soon to be vacant that wasn't listed yet, but would work. She expedited the cleanup after vacancy and worked with me on my out-of-state moving timetable. Shannon was very accommodating and professional!

Valley Maintenance monitored our property for several years after we purchased it, but were only able to occupy it seasonally. Each month Sabrina sent a detailed report on the electrical, heating, and property condition, with photographs and individual comments as well. I highly recommend their services.
