They were wonderful!! I dropped my car off, there was a technical issue, not their fault, and they still got me out the same day. They didn't complain about my son and I waiting in their waiting room, which was nice. And the prices make the experience even better. Definitely using them again and recommending them!

Called Stew's on a Thursday to order a set of four tires for my BMW X5. I was told by the gentleman that my "order was placed and the tires would be available the following Wednesday at the latest". Wednesday came and went and no call. I decided to call Stew's the next day and I was told that my order was never placed and that the tires were no longer available and on backorder. I was simply told this was a miscommunication. They should own up to their mistake rather than try and blame the customer. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Need a tire repaired for my zero turn lawn tractor, I was able to drop the tire off over lunch and pick it up when it was convenient for me. Friendly staff behind the counter and easy process from drop off to pickup for a very low price. Highly recommended to anyone, and I'll be back when I need tires for our cars and trucks. Just remember - its first come, first serve - so plan accordingly, but I've got a feeling they'd make it happen while you wait.

Called Stews yesterday for 2 tires for my jeep.. they were able to get them in stock the very next day .. they called my husband the next day to say that they have our tires. Took my jeep down. Got us in immediately… they are very accommodating to their customers .. WE WILL BE GETTING OUR TIRES FROM THEM FROM NOW ON …
