While I want to give a very ugly review, I just couldn't, the work they did on my vehicle was BEAUTIFUL AND THEY ALSO WASHED MY VEHICLE!! My only issue with them was the receptionist Angela I felt she was very rude and unprofessional. My other issue is that I gave them my home number to call on the paperwork. Yes they called my home and left message, but also called my cell!! I did not give them my cell number specifically because my employer does not allow us to have phones on during work hours. I feel that if you are given contact info, then the company should use it! Last but not least the place

This place repairs dings/collisions on vehicles so it is to Their Advantage for you to have a mishap with your vehicle Right On Their Premises which would be fairly easy to accomplish if you, their customer, is not real careful! They overbook so everyone is showing up all together, their lot is small, and the only way out after the inspection is to back out in a Very Narrow lane with the building on your right side and a lot of cars parked everywhere on your left side. They took a pic of each ding my vehicle has and recorded my vehicle milage. They have turned over the report to GEICO and I didn

The office people were really nice. They're so expensive to repair my car that it was beyond the limits of my insurance. I'm sure they do really good work they're tied in with Geico. I only problem I had is it took more than a few days to get my car back after the work was turned down by the insurance company. When I finally got my car back they just took everything they pulled out of my trunk and tossed it back in there. Since before we didn't put my tire back in the well properly and my trunks a mess. Being disabled it's a real pain in the neck to fix what they messed up.

My initial review was good until I did the walk around. I saw a piece of the bumper sticking out and I was wondering why they hadn’t seen It when they completed the work. I was assured that a OEM part would be immediately ordered and the other part switched out. But that was 3 months ago, the part was never ordered and I had to take my vehicle to another shop. Not only to replace the bad part but to redo the entire job to ensure there were no other bad parts in my vehicle. What I subsequently found out was that they didn’t put any Nissan parts in my vehicle. Only aftermarket!!! Disgusted!!

I came here a month ago and worked with Rudy and was impressed by how well I was treated. Everything was explained to me and I was happy to receive excellent service. I returned today after several attempts to have my newly purchased vehicle looked at by the dealership, Darcars Nissan in Rockville, and paid $150 to have 1st Choice fix what the dealer should have taken care of when I brought the issue to their attention. Service goes a long way and I am grateful Geico works with this company...great work, great customer service, and great staff. I would clearly recommend 1st Choice for any repair

NEVER USE THIS LOCATION FOR REPAIRS. NEVER!
I took my car to this location to get the damage assessed after a collision. I needed a new bumper among other small parts. I was allowed to take my car for the week while they ordered all the parts for my repair. I received a call from Norberto (Garage Manager (I would lightly use the term "manager" because he clearly does not know how to manage)) on Friday saying that my parts were in and I could drop off my car on Monday. I asked him over the phone and when I took my car in for repairs if it would be finished by Thursday, as I had plans to leave town

Service here is above and beyond. The owner Norberto is a super nice guy and very professional. I had my front bumper replaced after hitting an animal on the highway. The price was right and the job was done in a very timely manner. I went to get an estimate from another shop and they tried to push repairs I didn’t really need. On the other hand Norberto was honest and up front about exactly what I needed to be done. He accommodated my tight schedule and made sure the car was handed over in top notch form. I will definitely recommend this place

1st Choice Collision was recommended by a friend, I had a scratch on my rear bumper. Sandy at the front desk was super helpful and explained every step of the process and got me into my rental and just made this whole process so easy to deal with! The work was better than I could have imagined and the pricing was more than fair. Hopefully I won't ever have a need like this again but if I do I will bring it back to 1st Choice! Thank you for taking care of my truck! :)
