SWEAT 411: I have been at SWEAT since it was a baby :. My favorite thing about SWEAT are the members and the instructors! We have the best clients and instructors in KC who motivate, smile, and have fun working out. SWEAT is my second family. Education: B.A. in Biology and Secondary Education with a minor in Chemistry from Benedictine College.
A non-stop cardio fusion of standing pilates, boxing and dance that will push you past your limits to build lean muscles and increase your stamina! This class can be done with weighted Piloxing gloves (available at the studio) or without. Ditch the workout, join the party! Spice up your body, burn fat and sculpt curves while learning the Zumba moves from salsa to meringue to swing.
If you have registered and signed up online, you will have filled out everything needed to get started. If not, please arrive 5-10 minutes early to fill out a small amount of paperwork. Beyond that, you can expect to get right to work. You will be sweating inside of 10 minutes! Everyone is welcome at SWEAT, whether you are just getting started or you are a seasoned workout veteran looking to take it up a notch.

Where do I start, this fitness studio is what I think about when I think of a PERFECT workout studio. I have been a SWEAT member for almost two years. It starts with the amazing fitness instructors. I have worked out my entire life and Ive never met an entire crew as amazing as this staff. Their energy is contagious! They are eager to help you with your fitness goals. My most favorite part is the SWEAT family! The community is amazing, always positive, and so much fun! I also appreciate the diverse workouts the studio has to offer. I look forward to working out! I honestly can't say enough positives

I've been going to SWEAT for over 5 years and I can honestly say the instructors there have changed my life. They are so motivating and positive - always offering modifications and encouraging people of all fitness levels. The studio is warm and friendly. They are taking every COVID precaution right now and cleaning the studio hourly, in addition to offering outside classes and a full online library of classes you can do in your own home. If you are looking for community, for a workout class, or a motivating environment to get healthy in the new year, I can't recommend SWEAT enough!

I started working out at SWEAT about a month ago. All I can say is that I love this studio! I'm not going to lie, I hate working out, but this place makes me want to keep working out. I've tried other studios/classes and nothing just felt right. This place was the place for me! There are a variety of classes for everyone at every workout level. The instructors are so nice, motivating and all around great people. I was worried about starting a new studio during COVID times, but they are taking all precautions when it comes to the safety of everyone. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

I started coming in Aug 2017 and never thought I would stick with working out for a whole year. The reason I stuck with working out HERE is the family-like vibe, encouraging atmosphere for all levels and body types, great workouts that are never boring, and it is super affordable for what you get. I use the monthly unlimited class option and it is way less per class than other places I looked at.
