I bought the Nova system last year. All I can say is wow. I love lift and with the lockdown I had no home equipment to work with. I live in a small apartment and I was really sick of HIIT (Never a fan, I am a lifter). I bought the NOVA gym and the resistance was perfect for me. I had to start out with one disk and work my way up. Within a few weeks… I had some great gains. The workout videos are great and the poster is very helpful and I was able to work out my whole body in a small space. I live in an apartment and I just don't have the room for a home gym. I found the workouts and videos easy to follow and started seeing results. However, I found the spiraflex pieces all but impossible to remove. I followed OYO’s suggestion of lubricating and that didn’t help at all. This last time a small piece broke off because I applied so much force.
For something that’s supposed to readily collapse and be… travel friendly, I didn’t find that to be the case. A quick search on their member’s page will bring up enough results to show it is a regular problem.

Just wanted to say thank you. The best portable machine I have bought. I’m currently on a 31 day cross country road trip in America and everyday I stop for gas and wake up in the morning I do some sets with your device. It’s now almost my 4th week on this road trip and I see the results already. No time for the gym on the road but with this is perfect.

The oyo nova is the best portable fitness product I have used, it is light compact and offers a range of exercises. The support team at OYO fitness are helpful and resolved a problem I had very quickly they obviously believe in the product and are prepared to take on board customers views. For all these reasons as well as the product itself I have no hesitation in giving the Oyo nova gym my full recommendation.

I've always enjoyed resistance training and love the compact profile and portability of the OYO NOVA gym. I was also pleasantly surprised by the wide variety of total body exercises that can be done with 1 piece of equipment. Additionally, I appreciate that the variable 10-40 lb. resistance levels will allow me and my family to use the OYO NOVA… indefinitely, even as our fitness levels improve. It's a brilliant piece of equipment and a wonderful addition to our home gym. I was initially put off by the price in case I bought it and didn't use it, but now that I'm into Week 2 of the 10-Week
