My family and I have lived here at Middletown Valley apartments for the last several months and have really been impressed with the complex. From the friendly and professional staff to the well maintained grounds we feel at home here. The front office works hard to create a community vibe from holiday get-togethers to fun activities for families. I so appreciate this complex’s focus on family and making sure it is a safe, clean, and welcoming space for mine.

My family and I cannot say enough great things about this complex. From the beginning Vanessa and the others at the office were so kind and professional. The grounds are always in great shape and the building common areas are always cleaned weekly. We love living here and appreciate management’s attention to any issues that arise. We couldn’t recommend this place more for a short term or long term stay!!

Great community, management, and maintenance. The apartment is spacious and has new appliances. In general, the community is very quiet and friendly. I recently moved in to Middletown Valley apartments and have been very happy with my experience thus far despite the Covid restrictions. Stephanie and Vanessa have been extremely helpful in answering all of my questions and were very responsive on the phone and through emails. It is so nice living in a cute little town that is close enough to Frederick that it is convenient to many stores and restaurants. The neighbors are friendly, and it is really nice seeing kids outside playing and riding bikes.

I normally don't like writing reviews but I had to because I enjoy living here so much. I can't say enough about the staff. The property manager, Vanessa, is the best. She is always available if I need help with anything. She is very personable and down to earth. Maintenance has always been able to make any repairs or adjustments in a timely manner.

Middletown Valley is an exemplary apartment complex! Our property manager and staff are absolutely the best! The grounds are always clean, and the living space is fantastic! A washer/dryer in the unit! Wow! Such a fair price...great unit...plenty of space, and a fine balcony and view...and very responsive and helpful staff, make Middletown Valley a must destination if you seek an apartment in Frederick County!
