Do not Value their Residents. All about the money. We were Residents of Kimbrook for a little over two years. Primarily for their original lower pet fee, which I should mention continued to increase unexpectedly throughout the duration of our residency. Throughout the two years we were living there, they continually proved to lie, ignore and unfairly manipulate any situation in order to put more money in their own pockets.

This complex is run by lazy office ladies just looking to collect an easy paycheck. If something breaks in your apartment good luck getting it fixed. Our dishwasher has been broken since before we moved in over 3 years ago. Our fridge broke so they replaced it with an older smaller fridge and stated we would receive a new one in a few weeks...over 6 months ago. You get to pick yearly “gifts” when you renew your lease & we never received any of the updates. Why bother having us pick one if you’re not going to fix it?

Things at Kimbrook Manor initially started off pretty well in our first few months but it didn't last. Around month 5-6 we started running into more and more issues that are pretty unacceptable for an apartment complex to be having. First things first: the appliances are all super outdated, as in not from this century. If you don't pay extra money per month (which in and of itself is pretty dumb) then you get stuck with these old 90s stove and dishwasher that hardly do their job anymore but that's the default. My wife and I have lived in Kimbrook Manor for 10 yrs. We just turned in our keys yesterday and it was a sad day. It truly was a great home for us. Lori runs a great operation, obviously with help from a fantastic office and Maintenance staff. All staff was always friendly and responsive to questions and concerns. All were approachable and communication was always clear and friendly.
The Facility itself has plenty of parking, garage space, and a clean quiet living environment. Every year we noticed how there were consistent and continuous improvements to the grounds and buildings. We will continue
