Mrs. Nirshberg is the Founding Principal of VN Engineers and has participated in every transportation project since its inception in 1983. Her role continues to include management of the day-to-day operations and close coordination with clients. With Mrs. Nirshberg's leadership VN has expanded exponentially over the last 38 years and she continues to focus on growth of strategic partnerships with both prime firms and local and state agencies.
VN Engineers offers over ten years of experience providing design services and program management for design-build projects along the east coast spanning from Rhode Island to Florida. The VN Engineers design-build (DB) team begins by fully understanding the base technical concepts, works closely with both designers and contractors to identify value added ATC's and has the staff dedicated to the accelerated schedule submissions.
We offer roadway design services from corridor studies to the management of NEPA style preliminary engineering and environmental studies. We use an integrated team approach to the design process which draws from our construction management experience. With input from our construction staff, our designers are able to produce high quality constructible and biddable plans.
